SCP-4572

Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Proceedures: SCP-XXXX -1 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell, due to it’s good behavior and cooperation SCP-xxxx -1 is allowed to host a game night in it’s cell from between 1800 and 2200, reasonable materials for such night may be requested by SCP-xxxx-1 provided they are readily available, up to 5 staff members are allowed to participate if they wish and do not have conflicting duties. A log of events at game nights are to be maintained in the event SCP-xxxx-1 reveals details about the creation of SCP-xxxx-2.
SCP-xxxx-2 is stored in a standard locked safe located adjacent to SCP-xxxx-1’s cell. The combination is held by the researcher in charge of SCP-xxxx (currently Dr. [bars]). Changes to SCP-xxxx-2 may be approved by Dr. [bars] or two level 3 personnel are prohibited outside of approved testing conditions.
Description: SCP-xxxx-1 is a humanoid currently 1.8 meters tall weighing 76kg appearing as an average male of European descent. At this time SCP-xxxx-1 is sapient and possesses average intelligence and physical abilities.
SCP-xxxx-2 is a set of three(3) papers comprising a standard Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 edition character sheet, the front of which contains writing in pen and pencil in the appropriate fields, several portions have been whitted-out. On the backsides are various occult symbols, runes, and phrases written in Latin, English, and an as-of-yet unidentified language written in a combination of standard ink, charcoal, and blood.

SCP-xxxx’s anomalous properties manifest when SCP-xxxx-2 is written on in the appropriate areas using Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 edition core rules. Approximately five(5) minute after all writing has stopped SCP-xxxx-1’s physical and mental abilities and physical features will change and any objects added will appear on SCP-xxxx-1’s person or next to it as appropriate. These affects will only manifest if they are within Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 edition core rules for a first level character, if any changes do not fall within the appropriate rules SCP-xxxx-1’s property’s will not change and objects will not appear (see SCP-xxxx Test Log for details.)
SCP-xxxx-1 has shown great distress and physical pain upon SCP-xxxx-2’s alteration, and has requested staff refrain from altering Scp-xxxx-2 unless altering the “Items” section.
History: SCP-xxxx came into foundation custody after embedded agents in the Salt Lake City police department received a concerned call about screams of pain and suspicious activity in a suburb on 23/7/201$. Upon arrival Agents D[bars] and an SLCPD officer found the door to the home of [bars] to find three human bodies resembling typical fantasy depicting an Elf, Orc, and Gnome with various physical deformities and medieval arms and armor, one sheep that had been disemboweled, a non-anomalous dagger covered in blood stabbed into the table, various writing instruments, non-anomalous dice, three sets of character sheets with writing on them similar to SCP-xxxx-2 as well as various burn marks, and SCP-xxxx-1 and -2. Amnestics were administrated, the identities of the 4 people found, and a cover story given to the families explaining their deaths. SCP-xxxx was put into containment while the three bodies are stored in the site-54 morgue while the papers found at the site are stored in a standard locker in Site-54
