Special Containment Procedures: A series of locks have been placed, preventing SCP-0000 and all related documents from being accessed by anyone without Level-5 clearance.
Description: SCP-0000 is a collection of files currently located on the Foundation Database. The exact origins of SCP-0000 is unknown, though it is believed that the files were created by a digital anomaly on 23/3/2019. The main file of SCP-0000 resembles that of a standard SCP Artefact Document, however it describes an anomaly not currently contained by the Foundation "SCP-68429".
SCP-68429 is supposedly a collection of anomalous phenomena currently affecting Facility-9,1 in Caryou, China. According to SCP-0000, Facility-9 was constructed in the 1970s and operated as a containment site until "Incident 68429 Marke". The exact date of this incident is not specified, however it is believed to have occurred during the early 1990s.
There are several references to a "Department of Abnormalities" throughout the files; there are no records of such a department ever existing within the Foundation. Additionally, SCP-0000 contains a series of notes and addenda written by existing Foundation personnel. The mentioned individuals claim to have no memory of making these edits.
