Site Director Rosewood, the director of Sites 20, 22, and the temporary Site 21.
As many of you may know, the prospect of promoting D-class personnel (namely D-3982) has recently been brought up by two of our Security staff, and two of our Research staff. I'm sure most of you know who they are, and they aren't the only ones who have brought this up, just the most vocal about it. While I don't think it's a bad idea, god knows we're short on staff right now, I do think it can be a potentially harmful example to set. The old adage goes "If I let one person do it, everyone will want to do it." Which most definitely holds true in this situation. We have still terminated D-class in the past who were proven innocent, and we're already making the exception with D-3982 of not terminating him due to his past. If we can get a petition signed of five-thousand people (more than half of the current populous of Site 20-22.) then I will CONSIDER running it by O5 staff. Don't make me regret giving you this privilege.
