Special Containment Precedures : SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 200 x 100 x 11 mm(7.87 x 3.93 x0.4 in) locked metal container in a high-security vacuum chamber . Interactions with SCP-XXXX are limited to Class-D personell and must be done in a locked and secured room
(see Appendum L_55 ).
Description: SCP-XXXX is a seemingly normal ████████ brand Charcoal Black with edges made of steel and a plastic body smartphone around 155 gs in weight and 145 x 75 x 9 mm in size .
At random intervals at the night the device plays a unsettling,disturbing music within approximently 7killometers circle and disables all video surveillance cameras in a 5killometers circle. (See Note 3)
SCP-XXXX relocates itself somewhere else when it starts to play music.
Anyone who uses the device would babble in a unknown language and attack anyone in their proximity if approached.

Subject was found at 7/5/2015 in a alley in [REDACTED] at around 9:34PM. Locals that lived in the alley reported anamolous and disturbing sounds of a faint , muffled music that started playing around 6pm and they could not find the source. MTF unit [REDACTED] was sent to investigate the anamolous sound and after 1hour and 40minutes of searching , they found a Charcoal Black smartphone,
Attemps to stop the music or turn the device off was met with failure and the subject did not respond to any touches or commands inserted onto it , Subject was transported to site-██ for further research.
Note 1: (Locking SCP-XXXX in a vacuum chamber seems to make the musics that plays nightly in the facility to stop)
Note 2 : (SCP-XXXX seems to either turn off after playing music or reboot back into a normal operating system environment the reason for this is still unknown)
Note 3 : (SCP-XXXX only affects cameras . No effects on television or any other electronic equiptment was observed.)
Note 4 : (SCP-XXXX if left in the open seems to relocate itself everytime it plays music)
Appendum L_54 :
After arrival, Dr.M████ and Dr.J███████ began exemining the anamolous smartphone.
The disturbing music stopped playing approximately 4hours after its arrival to site- ██ and the device turned itself off. None of the attemps to turn the device on was successful . Subject was left on Dr. J███████'s laboratory for further investigstions.
Approximantely around 3:15AM security personell reported a muffled music playing around site-██ and some of the facility cameras to have stopped working . Dr.J███████ and Dr.M████ were contacted immediately.
After the arrival of the doctors the music ceased, Dr.J███████ went to his laboratory to see if the device was the source of the sound or not. Upon entering the laboratory Dr.J███████ contacted security chief Ja██ to report that the smartphone is missing. A search was issued around the facility.
At 5:55 AM the music started playing again and security personell found the smartphone near the cafeteria under a table. Subject transferred back to Dr.J███████ and a containment precedure was considered.
The music stopped at 7:55 AM and the device rebooted itself into a normal user interface.
Dr.M████ and Dr.J███████ began using the smartphone for its anamolous properties and decided to stay overnight and requested to be locked in a cell for the duration of the night, request was accepted
Appendum L-55 :
Subject's battery remains on 100% regardless of use. Upon exemining the application menu it appears that the phone has normal applications, a few unknown applications not found anywhere and retains its original functionality. Serial number of the phone was sent to the manufacturer and they denied making any phones with this serial number.
Doctors have found some music files with names that changed everytime they both looked away, doctors reported heavy headache after listening to them for 2minutes and turned the music off for a few minutes and then turned them back on, the same headache happened after listening for 2minutes and each time they opened it, the tones were different and they could not be tansferred to any other devices or computers.
Appendum L_55_1 :
Around 4:30 AM security personell heard both Dr.M ████ and Dr.J ███████ screaming with the same disturbing music playing all over the facility the laboratory surveillance cameras showed only static. Attempts to open the door to the laboratory was unsuccessful . 30 minutes later the screams along with the music stopped and the security team were able to open the laboratory doors .
Dr.M████ was found dead and [DATA EXPUNGED] at the access door and Dr.J███████ was also found dead and [REDACTED] , the mobile device was found at the corner of the laboratory, both bodies were sent for autopsy and SCP-XXXX was contained in a metal container inside a vacuum chamber .
The autopsy reports suggested that subjects had cuts and bruises all over their bodies with a fractured skull . Further testing proved that Dr.M ████ and Dr.J ███████ killed eachother in a conflict.
Further testing is required to see if the subject was the cause of the conflict or not.
All further testings are to be carried by D-Class personell in a enclosed containment cell
Appendum L_56
11:25AM : Class_D personel D-4257 was sent to a containment chamber with SCP-XXXX inside it,
D-4257 was provided with food and water for 24hours and was observed with surveillance camera and a microphone, subject instructed to take the smartphone and use it.
At first D-4257 reported the device just being "your everyday typical ████████ brand smartphone with some wierd applications on it ", subject was instructed to open the applications and describe them and their purposes .
Subject reported the applications crashing on startup and not functioning, subject was then instructed to open the music files and use sign language to communicate with the research team and the microphones were turned off .
D-4257 opened the music files, listened to them for 5minutes then turned the music off and dropped the phone,
When questioned as to why he threw the phone he answered:
"The music was wierd…. and disturbing ….. i couldnt take it anymore i felt like my ears are gonna explode …. and i felt nauseous" after the questioning session subject was left in the room for 24hours and the group of researches were assigned to observe him for the whole duration.
Around 5:12 AM subject was heard babbling in a unknown language in the microphone along with the same unsettling music playing in the facility and not answering to the attempts to ask him what is happening with the surveillance camera only showing static .
Security team was issued to open containment room to terminate D-4257, upon opening the containment chamber D-4257 attacked a security personell and [DATA EXPUNGED]
Subject D-4257 was terminated and SCP-XXXX was transferred to it's containment chamber.
