Special Containment Procedures:

Description:
The entity is a canid biped, approximately 6ft in height and stands on two feet. It has luminescent red eyes and prominent incisors replicating that of the common male African lion's. Its vocalizations universally trigger a fear reflex in human subjects, which easily result in death as this fear triggers 3948's superhuman strength and reflex. 3948 has thick black fur and spikes running down the spinal cord. The end of those spikes are laced with an unknown white acidic substance similar to the white liquids emitted from the eyes of SCP-035 (Link to 035's file). The spikes are cast of a solid iron-like material that as of ██/██/██ is unidentified. The anomaly's posture is hunched over and stood on both feet. The entity is completely land based and shows fear to large amounts of water.
Addendum 3948-1:
Security Personnel assigned to 3948's containment cell described very faint screams of humans coming from 3948's cell, this is considered normal and happens when it shows emotions like unhappy or angry.
Addendum 3948-2:
During a containment breach, 3948 managed to analyse the cell's weak ropes that held it in the air, he managed to swing it with such velocity that the rope snapped, crushing █ foundation personnel. Proving the Superhuman strength theory.
Foreword: After finding out that SCP-3948 could speak, the Head Researcher immediately interviewed 3948 from a safe distance under watch from O5-██ and Omega-7.

Closing Statement: After the catastrophic scene on ██/██/██ at Site-██ everything inside the Containment cell has been doubled and enforced to ensure the reduction of future breaches.
EDIT:
Omega-7 has been pulled from guarding the cell but will continue to be the only unit that contains SCP-3948.
The reason to stop Omega-7 from guarding the containment cell is because it has been found that the effects of SCP-999
