Special Containment Procedures

Due to the nature of SCP-3943, there is to be no use of potentially useful personal, SCP-3943's cell is to be left unguarded and unlocked, his 15 ft by 15 ft containment area is to be considered a meeting point of sorts, due to more then potentially useful information we know SCP-3943 can posses, his containment area must be monitored as SCP-3943 reports that he "does not like to be kept waiting" and has on one (1) previous occasion left his cell (through his unique ways) without delivering his potentially life saving information
