Special Containment Procedures: The area around SCP-???? is designated as Site-204. SCP-???? is to be surrounded by a 12m x 12m x 8m concrete barrier, though no non Foundation individuals are allowed within █km of SCP-????. No form of photography or photographic equipment allowed within █m of SCP-????; such equipment is discouraged from entering the concrete barrier in general, and requires approval by Level 4 staff. Additionally, no form of photography or photographic equipment is allowed █████ of SCP-????, inside the concrete barrier, as cameras or other image capturing devices are considered an instance of SCP-????-2a or -2b if left active. The same applies to any form of sonar technology If, at anytime there is photographic equipment within the boundaries of the barrier, two security personne shall be stationed █████ of SCP-????.
At no point should any more than a single individual be within SCP-????, nor should said individual stay within the object for a period of over ██ hours. SCP-????-2b should never exist outside of testing. Any unauthorised personnel attempting to enter the object are to be taken into questioning and promptly terminated. This same protocol applies to any personnel attempting to create a scenario in which there is an SCP-????-2b, outside of testing.
Upon any report that there are any more than 5 instances of SCP-????-1, or if there are any changes in the current SCP-????-1 instances Site 204 is to immediately enter lockdown.
Description: SCP-???? is a 6m x 6m x 4m metal shed with one (1) paneless window facing █████. SCP-???? is filled with several wooden chairs, cabinets, and other simple wooden furnishings. It was found in the backyard of an abandoned house located on the outskirts of ███████, ██; said abandoned house has since been [REDACTED] and has been struck from all public record.
SCP-???? was discovered by SCP-507 after its shift into Dimension 52J-O79-3GH. Full discovery accounted in Document 507-3B. SCP-???? houses four (4) five (5) dried human corpses dubbed SCP-????-1. If any individual enters SCP-????, it becomes known as SCP-????-2a (upon leaving SCP-????, subject no longer holds this title). No light shown within SCP-???? can be seen (even high wattage lights will show no effect on the object’s lighting), all except a single lightbulb hanging from the ceiling of the object. At random intervals this lightbulb will flicker and the five SCP-????-1 instances will displace themselves, apparently mimicking, or mirroring the current SCP-????-2a’s actions, staying still. The SCP-????-1 instances may also place themselves in positions not mimicking, but somehow correlating to the current SCP-????-2a. For the first observed examples of this phenomenon, once again, see Document 507-3B.
Instances of SCP-????-1 will become increasingly aggressive in their mimicking poses. For example, SCP-????-2a may attempt to open a cabinet within the object - 6 hours in, the instances of SCP-????-1 may assume position of assisting the subject in opening the cabinet, or pantomiming grasping objects inside the cabinet - However, 18 hours in, the instances may assume positions of attempting to keep shut the cabinet, or somehow push back the subject. Over ██ hours in the shed, the instances may actively attempt to barricade themselves against the door and window of the shed, to prevent exit of the subject. SCP-????-2a may experience loud sounds of banging from outside of the object, sensations of soft [REDACTED] or scratching against subject’s skin upon light flickering. In original testing instances in over ███ hours all SCP-????-1 instances were seen in motion in the light, exhibiting extremely violent behavior towards SCP-????-2a. In cases of there being two subjects within the shed, the time it takes for the instances to become aggressive is at the very least halved, though this timeframe is extremely erratic and time for aggressive response can be as low as ██ minutes. Theoretically, in the case of an SCP-????-2c, timeframe for aggressive response could take a matter of seconds. So far only █ testing subjects have perished to SCP-????-1. Instances of SCP-????-2a or -2b that are subdued by the aggressed corpses immediately dry out upon expiration and become an instance of SCP-????-1.
