Visual Description: Appears to be an early 19th-century doll, wearing a white blouse. Cracked facial features showing signs of long exposure to humidity. Scratch marks around eye sockets, where it appears the eyes were forcefully removed, most likely by the previous owner who sought to destroy it. Appears to have a strong telekinetic ability, with a range of Approx. 20 ft (feet). Subject is completely inanimate and refuses to answer any questions about its origins. Eye sockets occasionally have a faint white dot in the center of the right socket.
Capture: SCP-5949 was found by Foundation Squad ██████ next to a deceased male, 6 ft 3 in. Cause of death is presumed to be strangulation. The man had popped blood vessels in the eyes and signs of a struggle. No hand marks on the neck, but signs of loss of oxygen.
Containment: Subject is to be kept in a sound-proof room, 50 ft by 50 ft by 50 ft and stationed in the center. One plexiglass window is to be stationed in the front of the room for staff to observe and report on the subject.SCP-5949 gives off a high pitched frequency that can induce nausea and hallucinations. While in these hallucinations, the subject can invade the mind of an individual and can persuade weaker-minded people to do give SCP-5949 partial control of their actions. Stops when out of range of the frequencies.
Behavioral Hostility: Subject shows extreme hostility to human life. Any Class-D that came within 20 ft of SCP-5949 instantly was deprived of oxygen of had their neck broken. It is unlikely that any agreement will be made, as it refuses to answer any questions about what it wants.
Cell Procedures: Anyone entering SCP-5949's cell MUST wear protective earmuffs and hard padded armor around the neck. Stay as far away as possible. Never, under any circumstances, take off the earmuffs. If the earmuffs are removed, the one entering the cell will be shot immediately.
