Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5156 is fully enclosed within a 3 meter tall spiked fence. Twelve on-site security officers are required to be stationed around the perimeter of the fence at all times. Each officer wears a bulletproof vest, and is to be equipped with an M4A1 Carbine, Class A amnestics, a bulletproof vest, a radio, and a flashlight.
Any attempt to approach the fence around SCP-5156 is forbidden. If unauthorized personnel are spotted entering proximity of SCP-5156, officers must deter entry. However, if said personnel trespasses into the site, officers have full authorization to shoot.
Description: SCP-5156 is an abandoned Catholic convent and chapel situated on an eight acre plot of land in [Redacted], Ireland. From the exterior, SCP-5156 appears dilapidated, with greenery seeping through the cracks in the walls and the broken windows. It's walls are constructed out of limestone bricks, placed haphazardly. The building was left abandoned after the last nuns who
taught/lived there died. It is undetermined if their deaths were anomalous.
Based on much exposure to SCP-5156 one person has, SCP-5156-1 will manifest accordingly. Any person experiencing the effects of SCP-5156-1 become an instance of SCP-5156-2. When within 30 meters of SCP-5156, SCP-5156-2 will begin hearing church bells sound from the chapel, despite there being none present in the chapel. When within 15 meters of SCP-5156, the bells will be significantly louder and SCP-5156-2 will begin feeling lightheaded.
