Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3168 is to be kept in a 4x8 wooden case at all times, except when being used by level 3 personnel or higher. Any contact with this object by any lower class personnel is punishable by termination. When being used by any personnel, SCP-3168 must be kept in their pocket; holding it in the hand for too long will cause it's deadly powers to energize.
Description: SCP-3168 appears to be a white card with the number 0007154270, measuring a total of 3.5 by 7.5 inches.. The card appears to be made from [DATA EXPUNGED]. Upon contact, it turns into a card of the wielder's choice. When not being used, the card will cause subjects to experience nightmares, such as [REDACTED]. Subjects within a range of 3 meters from SCP-3168 will attract other items to their location. If a subject walks for one minute with the object in hand, they will often cause a failure in their lungs, a heartache, flu, and [DATA EXPUNGED], hence it's containment procedure. subjects also have been recorded to been devoid of any emotional thoughts whatsoever, until the item is once again secured. SCP-3168 appears to also disappear from all sight if the holder puts it down.
Addenum 0-1: The Item has appeared to breach containment once, unlocking the chamber to SCP-012. The Foundation is unsure if SCP-3168 is sentient, or if it has some sort of association with the art of evasion.
Addenum 0-2: SCP-3168 seems to have spoken, although without a jaw. This is what it said.

SCP-3168: What am I to you?
Dr Bright: (Suddenly jerks left arm to one side). Uh… a dangerous SCP that could possibly destroy humanity.
SCP-3168: I ain't no fool. You described what I am, but you can't just use me for yo own purposes! I am Keter for a reason. I choose to be. I could possibly rid the world of some disease just by killin' people. (SCP-3168 laughs itself to silence again)
