Special containment procedures: SCP- is contained at site-88 in a 15 x 14 x 10 meter cell made from a 1 m thick steel and titanium alloy, the cell must be on floor 33 of site-88 below the surface. Two highly armored guards must be stationed outside of its cell at all times, also an emergency response team must be posted nearby in case of a breach (see incident report 1-A). It should be fed 25 kilograms of bone meal every 4 hours when the food is brought in SCP- must be sedated with chloroform gas, this process must be repeated when cleaning its cell of waste matter which is radioactive, the person cleaning must be wearing a protective and go through decontamination after. When in the cell cleaning there must be a guard with a high powered UV flashlight (see incident report 2-A).
Description: SCP- is an 8 meter tall humanoid creature with completely black skin, it has a series of small crystalline white structures on its entire body. Its eyes are very small compared to its body about 4 mm in size, its arms are covered in crystal spikes that are jagged, and its teeth are made up of extremely hard crystals. SCP- was found to be almost completely blind, relying on smell and hearing to see but could see up to 2m using its eyes. Also the crystalline structures on its body were especially hard on its arms and legs. The structures seem to grow from Scp- body like caratian does on humans. SCP- is extremely unpredictable and will viciously atttack at any time even if it seems docile, it is very hostile to anything it sees as threatening. Light (more specifically UV rays) seem to cause the creature pain and extreme discomfort.
Log-1 SCP- was first encountered by local law enforcement when there were over 15 different missing persons reports at Ouachita National Forest, Arkansas, they found an underground cave system. When MTF Iota-10 ("Damn Feds") operatives were informed and they investigated further, after the loss of two deputies and a field agent, O5 council member [Data expunged] decided to change the jurisdiction to MTF Zeta-9 ("Mole Rats") to find the creature, because of their experience with underground areas. Once SCP- was in containment some members of MTF Zeta-9 started to show signs of fatigue, the darkening of the skin. increased appetite, and violent muscle growth. After a short period the subjects who were already in quarantine seemed to experience complete sensory deprivation, then brain death. While that was happening the body started to grow at a rapid rate and crystalline structures burst out of the skin. After the violent body transformation brain activity started to skyrocket and the body raised to life.
Incident report 1-A: SCP- broke out of its containment cell and proceeded to maim one guard and kill Dr [data expunged] and eat him. Scp- was contained by other guards in the vicinity but nearly escaped custody.
Addendum 1-A: An emergency response team must be posted in at least a 5m away from SCP- cell at all times, they need to be equipped with gas masks and a new experimental chloroform gas grenade.
Incident report 2-A: while a usual cleaning of Scp- cell it woke from the chloroform’s effects and attacked and killed a d-class personnel the guard that was with the d-class locked in the Scp and the d-class in its cell so another breach wouldn’t happen.
Addendum 2-A: the guard that goes into the cell with the d-class personnel will now have an experimental light to stun Scp- in case it wakes up.
