Special Containment Procedures: A 1 km perimeter is to be placed around SCP-XXXX. This area will be under 24 hour video and audio surveillance. Any individual discovered in this are is to be detained and questioned prior to treatment with Class-B amnestics. Any individual attempting to enter SCP-XXXX is to be detained and interrogated and held at Site-██ until further notice. Any instance of SCP-XXXX-1 exiting the facility should be detained when out of line of sight of main entry-way to prevent hostile reaction. Escaped SCP-XXXX-1 should be placed in standard biological anomaly containment.
Any communication from SCP-XXXX to the Foundation should be reported immediately to O-5 Council Any requests for basic material support including but not limited to food supplies, containment materials, first-aid supplies, etc are to be granted and logged per Foundation material transfer policy. Under no circumstance should any personnel, D-Class, or SCP items be transferred to SCP-XXXX, and any such requests must be reported immediately to O-5 Council. With approval of Dr █████, personnel may enter SCP-XXXX for interior surveillance and research. Agents entering site will be equipped with video and audio surveillance equipment, and are required to exit SCP-XXXX within 72 hours of entry. Upon exiting, Agent will be debriefed, treated with Class-B Amnestics, and reassigned to new duties. Should agent fail to exit, or fail to report in for over 12 hours, MTF-XXXX will initiate immediate rescue procedure ███████ to exfiltrate Agent. MTF-XXXX will be prepared to contain any SCP-XXXX-2 objects encountered while on-site. With O-5 approval, raids to recover and contain SCP-XXXX-2 objects may be conducted by MTF-XXXX as long as they take no more than 30 minutes. Recovered SCP-XXXX-2 will be transferred to Site-█████ after contained.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a secured facility located 2 miles West of ████████, Oregon. It is a ████ sq. m facility surround by a 2.5m high, 15 cm thick barrier wall. on the northern corner of the barrier is an unmanned security checkpoint. The facility resembles a standard Foundation site. It is fully staffed and operational and contains approximately ████ SCP items (SCP-XXXX-2) under containment. The staff of SCP-XXXX referred to as SCP-XXXX-1, are seemingly non-anomalous humans, however they lack a majority of higher functions. Reports describe them as mentally "slow" and lacking motor-skills and coordination, shuffling around similar to zombies. They are capable of communication but are slow in their speech and must concentrate hard for higher level communication. These affects validate a strong cognitohazard or memetic influence being present.
SCP-XXXX came to Foundation attention when the Director of Site-19 discovered requests for material and personnel transfer being directed to Site-3.33. Upon discovery of this site not existing in Foundation records, Agent Coleman was sent to investigate, leading to discovery of Sites anomalous nature.( SEE ADDENDUM) SCP-XXXX-1 instances when questioned will insist that they have always worked at Site 3.33, and that it is the only Site that exists. Anyone remaining inside SCP-xxxx will also begin to develop this belief within 5 days. Within 5-7 days affected individuals will develop to fully affected instances of SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-2 instances within the care of this "staff" appear to be properly contained, however staff does not seem interested in testing or research of these items. MTF-XXXX has conducted multiple raids on the facility resulting in recovery of multiple SCP-XXXX-2 most notably SCP-████, ██ and a version of ████ not seen before
Seismic radar testing has shown that SCP-XXXX has a 15m cylindrical shaft burrowed down 1.5 km into the ground, terminating in a 10 cubic meter spheroid object constructed of mechanical gears. (See Addendum 2).

[Agent Cole is in a staff bathroom for his introduction "Agent Cole time is 2135 PST I'm inside the site now. This place looks like a normal site, doctors in coats, Researchers, a cafeteria, even SCPs. They have SCP-█████ here! Crazy, well anyway (clears his throat). The thing is it looks normal but it's not normal. The staff here are like brain dead. Shuffling around,bumping into walls. I'll show you." Agent Cole opens the door and exits the restroom into a standard foundation hallway. Three SCP-XXXX-1 in lab coats are seen shambling down the hallway. The female is missing her left shoe. " Good Evening Doctors".
-Male Doctor 1: "Gooood… Eeev… ning. Sirrrr.
-Cole: "How are you all doing?"
-Male Doctor 2: MMMMMMMMM… Well. And You?
- Cole: "Just fine, Just fine. Hey so tell me, how long have you folks worked here? It's my first day
- All 3 in Unison: "We have always… worked here. Good Evening" The 3 leave shambling aimlessly away.

Cole is in the bathroom from the first video// "Agent Cole Day 2 inside the facility. I saw Dr. ██ about 15 minutes ago. God I worked with the man for 12 years in Ukraine, and another 2 years before that at Site-██. We were friends. I was at the man's wedding for Christ's sake. He just walked right past me. I called over to him and asked when he got here, same deal as the others. Says he's always worked here. That he didn't know there were other sites. Either all of them are dipping into the amnestics or there's some strong memetics at work here. I don't get it, something freaky is happening." Agent Cole walks around for 15 minutes documenting a containment area. END OF LOG

Cole did not record for 26 hours following last video. It is believed he bumped into the wall and started the recording// Agent Cole is shuffling aimlessly looking at random Containment Areas. Occasionally he grunts or slowly greets individuals he passes in transit. //Log goes on for 3 hours and 45 minutes up until he is extracted by MTF-XXXX. MTF was mobilized after he stopped responding to check-in requests.

Addendum 2 Reports on Underground Investigation From Dr {Data Redacted} Lead Researcher.

[ -Seismic Scans showed a large spheroid object under ground, connected to SCP-XXX via a large cylindrical shaft. The outside appears to be massive spinning gears. We will investigate the purpose of this device.

- It looks like that device is something amazing, unlike anything I've seen before. This shouldn't surprise given my line of work but you know this was completely unexpected. This device is producing some crazy Hume levels. Like off the charts, it broke our standard Kant Counters after hitting {DATA REDACTED}. Something weird is going on for sure.

- Further investigations has shown that this device is actually just the tip of an anomalous ice-berg. We have discovered that this device is simply a funnel for what lays below it. An open Way. Yes you read that correctly. An Open Way, siticking out the top of the Way is a Massive Scranton Reality Anchor. It appears the device is channeling the reality from that pocket universe into the facility.

- All attempts to get nano-drones into that pocket universe have failed. We do not know what sort of reality is being pumped into the facility, but we can gather this the following: 1) This is the only Foundation Site that exists in that reality. 2) The constant Hume distortion is causing permanent damage to all humans inside the site. 3) That reality takes place of their original reality. 4) The Foundation in that reality has similar goals to ours. To contain SCPS.
-Investigation will continue. We must find out the structure of this pocket universe if it's spilling out into ours. Even if this device is controlling it to stay inside the facility, if the flow expands out because the device is destabilized, or if the Way Shuts and displaces that reality flow, we have now way of predicting what may happen. It is imperative we understand what we are dealing with so we can attempt to contain it. In the meantime any Plans by MTF-XXXX to recover SCP-XXXX-2 items from inside are welcome to the table. We need to ensure SCPs are properly contained.]
