Special Containment Procedures:
3014 is to be contained in a 20ft by 20ft room with basic living items and accessories. T.V with local channel's. A toilet and shower is also required. Absolutely no surveillance should be in the room at all. Any attempt to see Scp-3014 without granted access will be met with instant punishment.
Description:
Scp-3014 holds the appearance of a small child around age 8 or 9. Sightings and rumors however have circulated for at least two centuries. Upon capture one of the guards suddenly attempted to shoot 3014. The child did not put up much fight. After the act was committed reports say the guard vanished completely. 3014 then proceeded to stand as if nothinh had happened. His hands were over his eyes as guards took him to containment. Other incidents have helped researchers form a description of the child's defects. Studies show that upon any eye contact with 3014 whoever made the eye contact will suddenly have the unstoppable urge to kill the child. After thr act has been committed the perpetrator will vanish from existence and the child will self heal by regeneration. Many incidents have been recorded.(see below). Attempts have even been made to terminate SCP-682.

Researcher:He's not here right now kid. So how old are you?
3014: I stopped counting at 90. Please tell me where he is.
Researcher: He's not here son.
3014: (Grabs Researcher by shoulders shaking him.) WHERE IS MY FATHER!
Researcher: (Shoves child off of him which causes the sunglasses to to come off.) I'M GONNA FUCKING KILL YOU!

Researcher: Good. So when were you born.
3014: I dont know.
Researcher: Tell me about your father.
3014: My father? He… He was a tall man. Where is he?
Researcher: We have told you. We dont know but we have been looking. Tell me more about your father.
3014: He looked really old. He had gray hair. He always wore a hood.
Researcher: Was your father a good man?
3014: No. He was very mean. He he killed my mother.
Researcher: Why did he do that?
3014: I dont know? But he called her very mean names.
Researcher: Did your father ever hurt you?
3014: One day he….
Researcher: Go on.
( Next is the sound of a body collapsing to the ground as the researcher calls for help. It appears the child fainted.)

3014: (Takes off goggles.)
(The two look at each other for a period until Scp-3014 begins screaming and clawing at his self.)

Researcher: After an extensive time of research and observation it is sad to say that termination of Scp-3014 will begin. The ethics committee has agreed that it is immoral to let the subject live in the state it is. After its encounter with Scp-682 It is said that the subject looked into its reflection therfore affecting himself. We will take the restraints off of the subject and let him proceed in self killing.
