Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept at a 8m×8m×8m humanoid cell with 0.35m thick, solid concrete walls with steel reinforcements. 2 (two) armed guards are to be stationed outside the cointainment area at all times. Guards are to be armed with either automatic assault rifles or tranquilizer guns. Because of SCP-XXXX’s physical state, it is to be confined to an industrial tressle bench made of durable metal. SCP-XXXX will be forced to assume a sitting position due to its condition and is to be restrained by its legs to the bench.

Sustenance is provided to SCP-XXXX through a nasogastric feeding tube, if SCP-XXXX expresses the desire to be fed. This desire is often sporadic, and to establish a cooperative bond with SCP-XXXX, staff at the containment site should keep the supplies for feeding as close as possible at all times. While SCP-XXXX seldom expresses satisfaction with the sustenance provided, it seems to accept feeding regardless of preference. SCP-XXXX does not excrete waste after being fed.

Janitorial staff are to enter SCP-XXXX’s containment only when SCP-XXXX is docile and detained. Cleaning is to take place only after a birthing event. All products of the pregnancy/birthing process and/or event of SCP-XXXX (see document SCP-XXXX-GEN) will be disposed by cremation, except for the placenta, which SCP-XXXX will consume for nourishment shortly after the rest of its containment chamber has been cleaned out. The waste products must be taken away from the chamber in large, airtight biohazard containers. The containment chamber is to then be cleaned with industrial-strength bleach. 4 (four) armed personnel are to be present in SCP-XXXX’s containment during the cleaning process. An armed staff member is to accompany the janitors and the medical waste to the main biological matter/waste incinerator of containment Site. Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be approached carefully to ensure no

Any motive for entering the containment chamber other than carrying out research or providing sustenance for SCP-XXXX will result in swift termination. Research requests are to be approved by at least 2 (two) personnel of Level 3 security clearance or above.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a sapient female humanoid measuring 1.86m in height and 78.2kg in mass. SCP-XXXX's lower legs are severely atrophied because of muscular inactivity in containment. SCP-XXXX does not age, and claims to be over 7000 years old. Rudimentary medical testing done on tissue samples of SCP-XXXX has confirmed that the physical structure of SCP-XXXX is similar to a human, however, certain physiological anomalies are present. SCP-XXXX seems to be missing the entirety of its digestive system. Most of the entrails are replaced by an engorged uterus, reaching from the sternum area to the lower abdomen. Other parts of the reproductive system do not appear anomalous or unnatural. The lungs and the heart, along with the bladder are present as well. Other organs have yet to be discovered.

Every █ months Sporadically, every ██ to ███ days, SCP-XXXX enters a phase where it begins to grow in size to an unnatural degree. SCP-XXXX's skeletal structure, muscles and organs all undergo this change in size. The growth accelerates exponentially over the course of 3 (three) to 7 (seven) days, until SCP-XXXX reaches an approximate height of 6.00m and a mass of 340kg. After SCP-XXXX has reached this size, its lower abdomen will begin to expand rapidly in a facsimile of the advancement of pregnancy in a normal human female. The expansion is out of proportion with the rest of SCP-XXXX, and it reaches its third trimester of pregnancy after █ minutes. It is assumed that gestation of entities designated SCP-XXXX-1 begins around this time. The mass of SCP-XXXX also increases dramatically during this time.

During this phase, SCP-XXXX will emit a small amount of viscous, red liquid from its sebaceous glands, which has been proven to be a powerful aphrodisiac. Ingestion of SCP-XXXX-1 will lead into increased blood flow to the genitalia. This significantly increases the risk of a thrombus in the sexual organ(s). If this state of arousal lasts more than 4 hours, the affected organ will become gangrenous very rapidly, unless treated properly with [DATA EXPUNGED]. The amniotic fluid extracted from SCP-XXXX's uterus has also revealed similar properties to SCP-XXXX-1.

After approximately ██ days of pregnancy, SCP-XXXX will begin the birthing process by relocating into the most faraway corner of its containment cell, away from the observation window. SCP-XXXX shows great difficulty in moving due to its atrophied legs, however, personnel are not to assist it in reaching its destination. SCP-XXXX, over a period of 3 to 9 hours, will show signs of great physical distress by convulsing violently or emitting cries and moans of pain, sometimes reaching over 120dB in volume. After this stage has passed, SCP-XXXX will abruptly cease all vocalisations and its cervix will prolapse through its birth canal, followed swiftly by the emergence of an amniotic sac, filled with SCP-XXXX-1 instances. This sac will remain attached to SCP-XXXX, and at first will appear to be filled with dead matter, however, after approximately ██ minutes, the entity or entities inside will begin to move around in an attempt to break the sac. This coincides with more vocalisations from SCP-XXXX, who will commence humming a polyphonic lullaby of unknown origin. When the amniotic sac breaks, SCP-XXXX-1 instances will show signs of awareness, but will quickly succumb to undetermined causes, and expire. SCP-XXXX-1 instances have included but have not been limited to:

• 17 specimens of dead bovine-like creatures
• three instances of human children, aged █
• ████ snakes with the outermost layer of skin being malformed or not present at all
• an indetermined number of locust colonies
• the decomposing remains of Agent ██████ ████████████, who was reported missing on ██/██/██, 3 days before SCP-XXXX’s birthing process n.o █ (██/██/██) began
• a 3m³ mass of tumourous matter containing skin, hair and teeth (DNA tests have been inconclusive)
• the son of [DATA EXPUNGED]

SCP-XXXX doesn't seem to be affected by the status of SCP-XXXX-1 upon the latter exiting the amniotic sac. After the initial birthing process, SCP-XXXX will birth a placenta measuring 2.56m in width and 0.37m in height, with a mass of 503kg. The placenta is accompanied by afterbirth, which has included among the non-anomalous blood and mucus:

• an indeterminate amount of pus
• humanoid entrails
• an estimated 100 liters of olive oil
• mud from the rivers ████████ and █████
• an indeterminate amount of semen belonging to multiple specimens, including multiple humans, large reptiles, hippopotami, horses, 7 blue whales, SCP-████ and [REDACTED]
• substantial amounts of SCP-XXXX-1

It is currently not known how SCP-XXXX gets pregnant. Even when placed in solitary confinement with no access to any other living being, SCP-XXXX's pregnancy cycle will not be affected. Genetics of SCP-XXXX's offspring vary, and the biological fathers (if any) have not yet been identified from the specimens retrieved from SCP-XXXX's offpsring.

It is hypothesized that since SCP-XXXX, according to its own claims and substantial evidence from [REDACTED], has been recorded communicating with humans for millenia, it is not only possible but probable that SCP-XXXX's influence shows in the emergence of paraphilic behaviours such as █████████, ████████████, ██████████, ████, █████████ and ███████████ in humans because of SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties and presence in human societies throughout its existence.

A silver ring belonging to SCP-XXXX that possesses no anomalous properties, and is not contained by the Foundation. Item is approximately ████ years old. Item is not on display to the public.

Recovery: SCP-XXXX was brought into Foundation custody in 19██ after field agents embedded in █████ (FR) received reports of a "giant prostitute" in one of the city's brothels. SCP-XXXX was entering a pregnancy state, and a recovery team secured the nearby area to prepare for recovery of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX was hostile towards civilians, mostly customers of the brothel, however, no civilian casualties were recorded. All civilians involved in seeing SCP-XXXX's anomalous growth were given class-C amnestics.

According to records seized from the recovery site of SCP-XXXX, it was sold to the owner of the brothel by an Iraqi nobleman. SCP-XXXX has claimed that it was passed down from generation to generation in the █████ family for centuries. Before that, SCP-XXXX was contained by the Church of [DATA EXPUNGED] used as a relic proving the coming of [REDACTED] for approximately 2000 years, before being seized by Ottoman forces during the Fall of Constantinople in 1453. Before its containment, SCP-XXXX claims to have "wandered here and there" in the Middle East. SCP-XXXX has not yet offered a complete timeline of its existence.
