Special Containment Procedures: Scp-4986 is to be kept in a 15x15x15 meter cubic cell layered with an acid-resistant material. Feeding is to be done with remote-controlled arms. Scp-4986 is to be fed whole sides of beef, and on occasion, dead bodies. In the case of Scp-4986 entering a rage state, it’s containment cell is to be filled with halothane vapor until it is rendered unconscious. Scp-4986’s containment cell is to be cleaned on a weekly basis. Before cleaning, Scp-4986 is to be rendered unconscious and moved into a temporary containment cell and guarded with up to 15 security guards.
Description: Scp-4986 is a dark, quadrupedal creature that stands 1.4 meters tall from foot to shoulder. Scp-4986 is covered in layer of a substance resembling mucus, which makes it nearly impossible to restrain it by most physical means.The legs of Scp-4986 are long and thin, and have 18-20 centimeter claws at the end. At the end of its tail is a large spike which is used for grabbing, eating, and killing. The neck of the entity is covered in a multitude of large bumps. These bumps contain a virulent acid that can melt through skin and flesh and is dispensed through the mouth.
Scp-4986 will lie in wait by the edge of a nearby wooded area and will lie in a shadow until a victim comes within range. Once the victim is within striking range, the Scp-4986 will impale the victim, slit it’s throat with the claws on it’s hands, and pump the acid into the esophagus of the victim to soften flesh and ease the digestion process. Once in the stomach of Scp-4986, the entity will then track and eat the family of the original victim and will continue until all immediate family members are dead. It has been found that Scp-4986 will only eat the sons, daughters, and wife of the original victim (immediate family).
After consuming the entire family, Scp-4986 will return to a wooded area and search for another victim. There has been ███ fatalities and not a single family has been able to evade their demise. Scp-4986 has never been reported to consume anything other than humans pre-containment.
