Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4019 is to be kept in a small 5” x 5” box, located at ███████ and kept away from all personnel under Level 04 clearance
Description: SCP-4019 is a small bar of soap produced by an unknown soap manufacturer, when you wash your hands with SCP-4019 it releases a memetic agent that grows another hand onto your index finger, and that hand grows another and so-on until you cannot hold the weight anymore, pass out and most likely die. This effect can be passed from one person to multiple, once infected, the personnel that used SCP-4019 will so on be called SCP-4019-B and must be immediately be detained so they can not pass on the memetic agent until they inevitably pass out and die.
SCP-4019-B is the infected victim of SCP-4019, SCP-4019-B can spread the infection that is released by SCP-4019 this makes them a top level threat that must be detained and contained immediately till they are unable to infect others, SCP-4019-B’s hands grow on once they pass out. SCP-4019-B has been recorded to be able to grow up to 189 pairs of hands before dying, and at least 140 before passing out.
