Date: 21/05/20██
Location: Site 521
Investigator: ██████
Summary: A dual containment breach has occurred at the site. Fourteen(14) Foundation staff are confirmed dead at the time of writing, eleven(11) injured with four(4) in critical condition. The event ended with the re-containment of SCP-████ and the escape of SCP-XXXX.

██████: Okay doctor, let's start. I've read through the procedure you used to control SCP-XXXX. All this trouble just so you could have an extra researcher? This project should never have been let off the ground.
Dr. Goodham: SCP-XXXX was far more useful than any team of researchers. Under the effects of Experimental Procedure "Pensive" it has been assisting with Foundation research projects for over two years. We had every reason to believe the effects were permanent. Besides all that, we never let our guard down.
██████: Having something like that assisting your team for so long, you must be questioning the validity of every piece of work SCP-XXXX ever came into contact with?
Dr. Goodham: That is a separate matter. You're not qualified to scrutinise my research!
██████: Let's go over the incident then. It started when SCP-████ broke containment, correct?
Dr. Goodham: Correct. We lost some good people yesterday. SCP-XXXX's personal security detail became involved in trying to re-contain SCP-████ I guess that's when it…
██████: I don't have time for you to trail off in thought doctor.
Dr. Goodham: It had access to the lab equipment you see… and I guess it had been waiting for a chance like this. It drew blood from the bodies left behind and injected itself.
██████: I read the subjects file, it's supposed to take hours to process new memories but security footage shows that it took less than twenty minutes.
Dr.Goodham: Perhaps an adrenal response or the anomalous properties of the blood sped up the process.
██████: How did you learn that it drew blood from the bodies?
Dr. Goodham: I've been reading the autopsy reports, some of SCP-████'s victims had fresh track marks, it wasn't hard to guess how they got there. SCP-XXXX either didn't know what SCP-████ did to its victims or didn't care, I can only speculate as to the effect on its mental state. I think it's quite possible we'll find the subject either dead or catatonic in a ditch somewhere once its mind collapses.
██████: After seeing the recordings I doubt that. You didn't happen to view the security footage?
Dr. Goodham: No. I was denied access until after the hearing.
██████: Did you witness SCP-XXXX after it was transfused with anomalous blood samples?
Dr. Goodham: No, but I saw the damage it caused. On that matter, I have had some thoughts on new containment procedures.
██████: That's not the point of this meeting doctor. So after the incident you were the only person left on site cleared to know of the existence of SCP-XXXX?
Dr. Goodham: Correct, everyone else was either dead, off site or was unaware that it was an SCP. I instructed site security to regard it as a byproduct of SCP-████.
██████: Good call. This is all I need right now doctor, you will be informed when to attend your hearing. In the mean time you're to assist in transferring all research connected with SCP-XXXX over to my team. We have agents in the city and surrounding areas trying to locate your pet, you are to remain on call to provide support whenever necessary.

Security Footage: Site 521
Summary: The following footage follows SCP-XXXX during the containment breach.
17:00:00 Subject is seen working in the Sector 3 operating theater. Security currently observing subject.
17:02:23 Containment breach. Alarm is raised. The subjects security detail move in to move the subject into containment.
17:02:25 Subject can be seen placing equipment in its lab coat pocket. Inspection of stock revealed the following items to be unaccounted for, a vial of Fentanyl, a scalpel, four(4) hypodermic needles.
17:05:10 Security detail and subject north bound on corridor S3-S4. Small arms fire can be heard at the far end of the corridor.
17:05:29 Security detail divert into adjacent administration room with subject, form a perimeter and contact command.
17:07:07 Small arms fire can be heard in the corridor. Security detail prepare to assist the containment breach response team. Single member of SCP-XXXX security detail remains behind, Lt. Mike Lawless.
17:10:05 Active combat ceases in the vicinity. Lt. Lawless takes point and begins escorting subject to containment. Two victims of SCP-████ are currently deceased or dying in corridor S3-S4.
17:10:18 Subject draws a hypodermic needle and quickly subdues Lt. Lawless. Subject proceeds to draw blood the deceased containment breach response members.
17:11:55 Subject enters a nearby room and crawls beneath a desk. It is presumed at this point that it is transfusing itself with the drawn blood.
17:19:42 Retching can be heard.
17:26:59 Subject is seen crawling out from beneath the desk with traces of vomit on its lab coat and leaves the room.
17:40:01 Subject reaches the facilities main exit which is currently sealed. At this point Dr. Goodham has instructed staff to view the subject as hostile.
17:40:30 Foundation staff attempt to subdue the subject through non-lethal means. Through means unknown gravity is seemingly inverted within a hundred(100) meter radius of the subject. Foundation staff and nearby vehicles "fall" five(5) meters towards the tunnel roof causing injury to staff.
17:40:58 The subject overrides the blast door controls, presumably through the use of absorbed knowledge, and escapes into the nearby city.
Conclusion: SCP-XXXX is an extremely intelligent individual with extensive knowledge of Foundation operations. The subject also seems to possess previously unrecorded anomalous properties. Due to the likelihood of a catastrophic information leak I am requesting MTF support, recommending specialists in the fields of information suppression, tracking and assassination.
