Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX requires a standard sealed cell for containment and an on site hematology lab to treat its sickle cell anemia.1 All guards assigned to monitor the subject are required to be trained in non-lethal subdual due to the fragility and research value of the subject. SCP-XXXX is only to leave its cell during the reconditioning process of Experimental Procedure "Pensive" or when assisting with research while under the effects of Experimental Procedure "Pensive".

Description: SCP-XXXX is a Caucasian human male of Eastern European descent.2 Standing at 175cm, weighing 68kg and of a slim physique. Track marks are prominent across SCP-XXXX's body, primarily the arms, indicating numerous blood transfusions. Subjects medical records have been recovered from ██████ ██ Hospital and the originals replaced to prevent future investigation from non Foundation staff.

When undergoing a blood transfusion SCP-XXXX exhibits unusual brain activity localised in the dentate gyrus. The period of activity is relevant to the size of the transfusion. Within several hours of the transfusion the subject will be able to recall memories of the original donor. These memories are proportional to the time of drawing blood and the quantity of the transfusion.3 No transfusion greater than five hundred (500) ml has been recorded.

SCP-XXXX was encountered and subsequently acquired after it infiltrated Site 521. This was accomplished by [DATA EXPUNGED]. The subject resisted but was subdued by onsite security and held for questioning.4 The subject was initially scheduled to be terminated after questioning but volunteered information regarding its anomalous traits saving it from termination.
The purpose of the subjects infiltration attempt is still under investigation.

Addendum XXXX-1: It has been determined that SCP-XXXX was acting on its own and had no contact with any GOI's. The subject is now believed to have been searching for a pill of SCP-500 to cure its sickle cell anemia. The investigation into SCP-XXXX has revealed that it identified multiple Foundation staff members and the existence of the SCP Foundation through a blood sample acquired from Staff Sgt. █████. This information indicates that SCP-XXXX has been monitoring Foundation activity for no less than [REDACTED].

Addendum XXXX-2: Any requests for an SCP-500 pill will be denied. Dr. Goodham has suggested that SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties may be tied with its condition and no attempt should be made to cure it.

Addendum XXXX-3: SCP-XXXX has been recovered by MTF "Chi-1" and is to remain in an induced coma under the care of Dr. Kinsey. Experimental Procedure "Pensive" is to be scrapped as subject has shown strong resistance to amnestics.

Addendum XXXX-4: Any attempt to transfuse SCP-XXXX with blood of anomalous origin must be approved by the 05 council.
