Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to remain in its cell, which consists of two (2) rooms furnished with all non-organic furniture and items as well as a bathroom, from the hours of 23:30 to 8:30. SCP-XXXX is permitted to roam Site-17 and converse with Foundation personnel given that it is not during the aforementioned hours.

At 23:15, SCP-XXXX is to be brought to its cell by any Foundation personnel available. No matter where retrieval occurs, the journey will always take exactly fourteen (14) minutes and thirty (30) seconds to complete, and the enclosing of SCP-XXXX within its cell will take another twenty (20) seconds. The remaining ten (10) are to be used for all personnel within 30.48 m of the cell to appropriately distance themselves from it.

During the hours SCP-XXXX is to remain in its cell, no Foundation personnel are allowed within 30.48 m of it under any circumstances. In the extremely unlikely event of an escape, attempts to recapture SCP-XXXX must be within the hours it is allowed out of its cell.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 2.15 m in height and 116 kg in weight. Its skin is pitch black, with its only discernible features being its blank white eyes and its long, claw-like fingers, which are also pure white.
