Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-000 has been implanted with a tracking device and is currently housed within Site-17. When allowed outside of it's containment cell, SCP-000 has a level 3 security clearance granted to him by the 05 council for his loyalty to the foundation. Despite the level 3 security clearance, SCP-000 is not allowed to leave Site-17 for any reason unless it is on a mission with other members of the SCP Foundation.
Description:
SCP-000 is a human male in his late teens (Roughly the age of 24 but appears to have stopped ageing since reaching that age.) It is of a slender built but with a well developed set of muscles from the training the Foundation has placed it through. He has short spiky black hair and forest green eyes with pale skin. On appearance alone, SCP-000 does not appear to have any out-of-the-ordinary physical characteristics and appears to be, for all intents and purposes, a normal human being in good health.
SCP-000 has enhanced strength and speed, making him faster and stronger than any other agent of the Foundation with a regeneration factor that heals any injury done to him in a matter of minutes which seemingly makes him an immortal (It has also been acknowledged as an immortal by the likes of SCP-082). SCP-000 has also shown a strange resistance to effects brought on by other SCP's captured by the facility, this includes being able to look at SCP-166 without needing to have sexual contact with her and being able to be touched by SCP-049 without being killed.
Appendix 1: Circumstances of Acquisition:
SCP-000 first came to the Foundation's attention when one of own doctor's came in with a baby in his hand, clamming that it was placed in front of his home with a note attached to the cradle. the doctor also claims that the baby seems to have something to do with SCP-2922 and Project Corbenic. Since that day, SCP-000 has been raised by the Foundation to become a perfect soldier capable of capturing any escaped SCP's without risking the lives of the other foundation's guards.
Appendix 2: Note attached to SCP-000's cradle
Hi…It's me, Janet.
I know I shouldn't be writing to anyone like this after being targeted by the foundation but I had to do something to help the people I care about who are still there…people like you. Something is coming to your world. It's something old and something extremely dangerous, which is why I have sent one last give for the foundation even if I don't think they deserve it. This child is the best hope for your world so good luck…and besides, if the child fails and the Witch Queen does kill everyone You'll all just end up here in Corbenic with us.
Appendix 3: Excerpt from Interview Log ███-██-████ lead by Agent Carlson.

Agent Carlson: So Doctor, start from the beginning again and please be aware that you are being recorded.
Doctor ███: Like I told you when I first came in, I found the baby a short distance outside my house in the middle of the night.
Agent Carlson: Yes you have told us that but please be more specific. Lead us through what happened if you would.
Doctor ███: Urgh…Fine. I started hearing weird noised from outside my house when I saw about to go to sleep. My house is in the middle of the ██████ so I can have some privacy but that also means that wolves live near my home. I assumed it was them and decided to see what the wolves were doing.
Agent Carlson: And was that when you found the baby?
Doctor ███: No. I saw a trail of blood leading from my door into the forest. I thought the wolves might have killed a person so I grabbed my shotgun and left my house following the blood. I saw the wolves…It was horrible.
Agent Carlson: What did the wolves do. Please continue?
Doctor ███: The wolves were tearing the baby apart!…I shot towards the group of wolves and missed horrible, maybe hitting a tree to the right of them but the noise seemed to be enough to stare them off. I decided to leave the corpse for the wolves but when I was leaving it…it started crying again.
Agent Carlson: The dead baby started crying?
Doctor C: No, you idiot. The baby came back alive. I ran over and saw the skin growing back, covering it's tiny beating heart once more as organs torn out by the wolves started to regrow. After i read the note I immediately brought the baby into the foundation's custody.
Agent Carlson: Wait, you looked at the note? That's not a smart thing to do, doctor.

Doctor ███ was immediately given amnesiacs as soon as the interview was over and related to a different Site and given a new home.
== LEVEL 3 CLEARANCE REQUIRED ==
SCP-000 has been seen to enter a strange personality shift state where it's eyes turn bright blue and it's enhanced strength and speed get even better. However, in this state (Labelled as Shift state by staff) SCP-000 does not follow instructions from the SCP Foundation, instead only aims to complete it's two primary missions it was given at birth. To keep itself alive and to destroy something known as the Witch Queen. It personality changed to a more stoic personality, barely talking or making jokes unlike it's normal state and instead focuses on the fight it is in. Afterwards, SCP-000 does not retain the memories of what it did when it was in it's 'Shifted' state and claims that it has no idea how to enter the state, seemingly entering the state purely on instinct.
Appendix 4: Mobile Task force Omega 7 incident with "Project Able"
SCP-000 was quickly placed onto the Mobile Task force 'Omega 7' in the basis that it's enhancements and loyalty to the foundation would be a great addition to the team. It was there that SCP-000 met SCP-105 and the two immediately started to talk, being friends in no time. But when SCP-000 locked eyes with SCP-076, SCP-000 entered it's 'Shifted' state and SCP-076 went into a rage with the two of them getting into a fight that destroyed almost half of the site. It took the intervention of SCP-999 (Which was retrieved by Agent ███████ moments after the fighting started) for the two SCP's to be separated and returned to their containment cells.
