Description:
SCP-XXXX appears to be a woman approximately 85 years of age with short, curly white hair, a blue nightdress, and bare feet. Subject goes by the alias "Mrs. Barnes". SCP-XXXX was discovered lying supine on the floor of its "home"; an abandoned cape-style house in Connecticut, USA. Its head is fused permanently to the living room carpet. At the fusing point, an unidentified crimson-colored gelatinous material (SCP-XXXX-1) indefinitely oozes, increasing surface area at approximately 2mm a month.
Aside from face and vocal chords, SCP-XXXX's body is completely immobile. It engages in conversation with whoever approaches as if they had returned from a long hiatus, sweetly recalling details of their life dating back to birth. Attempts to move SCP-XXXX result in parts breaking off, releasing SCP-XXXX-1 with the strength of a fire hose. Body MUST remain intact.
"Mrs. Barnes" was discovered when a passing driver noticed the house's front yard covered with SCP-XXXX-1. Inhalation of SCP-XXXX-1 leaves the exposed with symptoms of dementia, brittle bones, and feelings of despair and betrayal. After 24 hours, the exposed will fall supine, cracking their head on the surface below. Back of the head fuses at point of impact and releases approximately 200 liters of SCP-XXXX-1, spreading rapidly to connect with SCP-XXXX as efficiently as possible.
