SCP-00498, Day & Night

SCP 00498 is a human like figure with three forms, pure light it uses in the darkness, and pure darkness he uses in the light. The darkness acts almost the same as a black whole but doesn't suck anything into it. And the light acts as pure heat but has limited range of two feet in all directions. The third form is unique from all the others. When questioned about the third form it stated that it can only be used once every one hundred billion years and causes something that humans call the big bang.

As tested with the figure they have concluded that their is no limit to it's heat but the heat cannot exit that two feet radius, and the figure has complete control over what gets burned inside the radius.
The darkness form of the figure eats everything that gets within its two feet radius and cant be damaged. The figure has complete control over what gets destroyed by it.

The figure is contained in a modern day american interior with ten-inch thick steel walls. The figure is docile and enjoys talking to personnel. The figure was supplied with a computer and internet.

The figure has a special effect on every living creature around it causing them to become progressively more happy, sad, or angry depending on the figures mood.
