Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently available for use by all staff members, and is held in the main breakroom of Site XX. Paper should be resupplied as neccesary.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard Epson L120 Inkjet Printer. SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties manifest when a user attempts to print a document containing a .gif file onto a sheet of paper. The resulting sheet of paper will have a fully animated replica of the .gif that the user printed. (designated SCP-XXXX-1) There is seemingly no limit to the number of frames that SCP-XXXX can print onto an instance of SCP-XXXX-1.

Addendum: To determine the process of how an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is created, micro-cameras were installed on the interior of SCP-XXXX. Recordings show that once the first frame is fully printed, SCP-XXXX will proceed to print each sequential frame over the original frame. Whichever frame is being printed will be visible over all previous frames, however once the last frame is completed, the image will become an imstance of SCP-XXXX-1. Seeing as each frame requires ink, we now know why the creator wanted to have an unlimited supply of ink.
