Special containment procedures: SCP-4000 must be kept in a large aquarium of water and this aquarium must be tightly locked. It must have a feed of SCP-4000-1 rotten flesh every 12 hours in order for it not to take the brain of the next person it sees.
Description: SCP-4000 is a strange form of jellyfish that can telepathically rip out the brains of anything it sees. Test subjects must be joined by Doctor 1328 so that the beast calms down. If doctor 1328 is not present, subjects must wear blue uniforms for safety.
If a human dare touch SCP-4000, they will become an SCP-4000-1, a being who is heavily distorted and has the powers of SCP-4000 will be shot.
