Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4001-1 is to be contained in a area that is 5 m x 5 m (16 ft x 16 ft). Two (2) armed guards are to be stationed in front of SCP-4001-1’s room and only personnel with level 2 access can enter it’s room.Reading material and games are to be provided1. Proper bedding and bathroom facilities are to be maintained at all times. Food should be provided three (3) meals daily, Three (3) are allowed if SCP-4001 requests some.
When SCP-4001 takes control of SCP-4001-1, Four (4) guards (armed with Bowie knives, tasers, and P99s) escort SCP-4001 to a standard testing room for experimentation and questioning. Should SCP-4001 be in distress when active, SCP-4001 should be left alone and not bothered unless it asks for food, water, or is ready for experimentation. If SCP-4001-1 displays any anomalous properties, SCP-4001-1 should be escorted to a sentient SCP and wait until it loses those properties. Only SCP-4001-1 is allowed to socialize.
Description: SCP-4001-1 is a average Caucasian male and former Researcher Erik ██████. Nothing is notable about SCP-4001-1 besides the anomalous properties it gets at times.
SCP-4001 is a being that uses SCP-4001-1 as a host and the only noticeable change is the eyes, which turn black with purple luminescent pupils and iris. SCP-4001 can manipulate reality and can make itself god-like (See Addendum 4001-F). SCP-4001 is “all knowing” but still has the need to experiment to “show all the [Redacted] our true might”.

Addendum 4001-B: Discovery
On 01/02/201█, SCP-682 escaped containment and killed 99.9% of all on-site personnel. A emergency broadcast was sent after Eighty-eight (88) percent of personnel were killed and a Mobile Task Force was quickly dispatched to Site-██.
When the Mobile Task Force arrived, they found no damage to the outside or the inside of facility and no evidence was found that SCP-682 left the facility. All SCPs on-site were still contained and containment also showed no damage. The MTF separated into two groups, Alpha and Beta. Beta entered the office of Researcher Erik ██████, a recently new researcher, and found the head of SCP-682 as well as Researcher Erik ██████, who was unconscious and unharmed at the time.
SCP-682 was recontained and Erik was put in a interrogation unit. Erik was unconscious for 3 minutes until he woke up. MTF Commander Robert was able to work the equipment and recorded a interview with Erik while the rest of the team searched the Site to see what caused the containment breach
The footage found by the task force was reviewed. Multiple cameras showed SCP-682’s containment door being opened by no one and SCP-682's body was instantly healed. SCP-682 killed every personnel on sight but couldn't break out when all personnel were killed. All doors, besides the containment doors, were all opened simultaneously when SCP-682 left containment. SCP-682 would then proceed to Erik’s office and the footage would end there.
The footage of Erik’s did show him about to leave his office and did have a nosebleed and the seizure. Erik stopped seizing after a minute and remained motionless until after another minute he stands up. Erik looks at the camera, his eyes now black with purple glowing pupils, waved then proceed to speak as if he was reading a report.
Erik: Site-██ experienced a containment breach from SCP-682 due to its doors malfunctioning and opening
(SCP-682’s door opens)
Erik: SCP-682 was able to crawl out of containment and heal in a speed never recorded.
(SCP-682 instantly regenerated all body parts and left containment)
Erik: All doors in the facility malfunctioned as well as the alarm.
(All the doors in the facility opened all at once and couldn't be closed, and the alarm was set so that until 88% percent of the facility was killed)
Erik: SCP-682 shown strength and speed unrecorded when killing the personnel. SCP-682 killed all personnel besides Researcher Erik ██████ and tried to escape but strangely everything in the facility was made of a indestructible metal so SCP-682 proceeded.
(SCP-682 did show strength and speed not recorded before as well as not able to escape the facility. SCP-682 entered Erik’s office and attacked him)
(Erik grabs SCP-682’s head and it ceased movement. Erik raises his fist and before he punches SCP-682, the camera shuts off.)
After the footage viewed, all on-site personnel were alive but knew they died. Researcher Erik ██████ was locked in a containment cell and the data was sent to the O5 Council” who immediately gave approval to classify Erik as a SCP. Amnestics were administered to all personnel who are not in the research team studying SCP-4001.

Addendum 4001-C: Testing
All test were uneventful. SCP-4001-1 didn't show any anomalous abilities and before he was put back into containment, he had a seizure and fell to the ground. Before it was sent to the infirmary, SCP-4001-1 got up and bowed to the observers. A quick interview took place and a experiment after.

SCP-4001: Hello. I must say i'm surprised you didn’t terminate my host due to how my my abilities could cause a ZK-End-Of-Reality-Scenario.
Researcher Mike: You could do that?
SCP-4001: With a snap of my fingers. (SCP-4001 snaps his fingers and a unbrand named cola manifested in his hands) I'm not gonna do that though, everyone will get mad and then i will be deleted.
Researcher Elaine: What do you mean by “everyone” and deleted?
SCP-4001: I can only be terminated if my files are deleted but sadly you can't do that and don't even try. Beings of higher power are at work here. Now let's being the experiments. (The cola in SCP-4001’s hand was now in Doctor Caral’s hand, who in turn was between shock and happiness) Drink it. It's nothing bad and the higher ups can't fire you because i made it so now. Come see me after testing, Erik really needs to lose his [Expletive].
(Before logs end, Caral gets flustered and leaves the room for 5 minutes then returns)

_ _Test A 02/07/20██ _
Objects: SCP-4001 and a 100 pound steel bar.
Procedure: SCP-4001 is to the lift the steel bar.
Results: SCP-4001 changed the weight of the bar to that of the entire earth and picked it up. The added weight didn't cause any problems besides crushing someone's hands. After the bar was weighed, it went back to it's normal weight.
Analysis: SCP-4001 has shown the ability to manifest objects, change their properties, give itself super strength, and control what a object has effect on reality.

Objects: SCP-4001
Procedure: SCP-4001 is told to make a black hole.
Results: SCP-4001 created a black hole but with small gravitational pull on the surrounding area. SCP-4001 closed the black hole and asked for the next experiment to be him fighting SCP-682. Denied.
Analysis: SCP-4001 is able to bend reality.
SCP-4001 got upset when his request was denied and gave Doctor Caral a entire list of experiments that would have been conducted, including video and picture evidence. In the document is also a naked picture of SCP-4001-1 with the words “Meet me sometime <3”.
Doctor Caral requests for her to be reassigned. Denied by SCP-4001.
