The Founding
MTF Omega-7 was founded on ██/██/1948, a short time after the incident of the MTF Alpha-1 splinter group code named: The Insurgency, went rough. Omega-7 was created in secrecy and is only known to the upper echelon of Foundation personnel. The units original objective was to combat the newly formed threat to the foundation but was soon changed due to unforeseen events in the world at the time. As a result it was decided that all operations that Omega-7 participated in were to be classified to the highest degree and the MTf was to switch focus to more important matters. Direct command of the unit was original in the hands of the O5 and only a few high ranking members of the Foundation. It wasn't until 07/██/1960 did the O5 relinquish all command to (Ret.) LTG Anthony Marquise, this transfer of command was due to the fact that the council no-longer had the ability to put as much time into operating a full MTF unit as they used to. Even though (Ret.) LTG Marquise commanded the unit, the O5 still had the final say on any and all operations.
On 06/██/1985 Omega-7 was temporally assigned to the newly formed Area 348 as the leading security detachment while construction was under way. By 12/██/1985 Site 348 was complete and due to a large amount of conversation about their assignment among the 65-70 members of Omega-7 they decided to request that Area 348 would become their base of operations. The O5 would approved this decision in a 11-2 vote roughly a week later. As time went on MTf Omega-7 became well established among the area staff and their affiliation with black threat level anomalies, eventually being nicknamed Black Watch by area personnel after a near containment breach of two black level anomalies. The personal sated that due to the lightning fast response time of the MTF personnel made it seem like they were watching and waiting for them to try and breach containment.

About Strike Teams:
Strike Teams (ST's) are small strike groups of MTF Omega-7 operators that focus on the gathering of information of the possible locations of black level anomalies. These ST's are made up of no more that 5-10 MTF operators. All of which can fill any necessary role depending on the current situation of a mission. Not one operator in a ST is solely an infantryman or medic. All are skilled medics, marksmen, technicians, etc. More operators can be added to an ST if necessary by order of either the Area Director or the MTF Unit Commander.

Unit Protocols
Black Tie Event- The Black Tie Event protocol is activated in the event of a mass Area containment breach. Upon the activation of this protocol multiple measures must be taken to have a successful cease of protocol. The following tasks are to be completed in the case of this protocols activation:
MTF Omega-7 is to be deployed to handle the situation. All area personnel are to either evacuate or find shelter in an on Area shelter either above or below ground. All D-class personnel who are involved in testing at the time are to be terminated. Any personnel not found in a shelter are to be terminated by the responding MTF. If the breach in containment becomes to much for the responding MTF to contain and that a full Area Blackout is inevitable, on site nuclear warheads are to be activated with a 1 minute 30 second countdown, this can be stopped and started by either the Area Director or the Overseer Council.
