Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be contained in a standard 3m x 3m x 3m cell with standard furnishings with the exception of a large walk-in freezer. The cell should share a wall with the exterior of the facility. The exterior wall should have an exit to an ambulance bay with an ambulance on standby. A medically trained staff member should accompany SCP-XXXX at all times that SCP-XXXX is "on shift"1 and be equipped to drive the ambulance. This staff member is also required to maintain surveillance on SCP-XXXX and log all notable activities. SCP-XXXX should be fed at the standard employee meal times if SCP-XXXX is currently within the facility. The doors to SCP-XXXX's cell should not be locked in most cases, but should be equipped with a remote locking mechanism.

SCP-XXXX in the back of an ambulance

Description: SCP-XXXX is a white, humanoid male age 23. It is 1.9 meters tall, weighs 106.6 kilograms, and has blue eyes that appear desaturated and dark brown hair. SCP-XXXX is most commonly seen wearing an EMT uniform, including bright orange polo shirt, black tactical pants, glasses, and a black baseball style hat with "EMT" written across the front. SCP-XXXX does not seem to be aware of his anomalous nature or abilities and views his anomalous feats to be normal.

SCP-XXXX worked as an EMT in the town of ████████, Louisiana where it was discovered when SCP-XXXX's became renowned as a "miracle worker"2 when tourists passing through the town had a vehicular collision that resulted in serious injury and death, which SCP-XXXX promptly reversed3. SCP-XXXX willingly went into custody, though it was unsure as to why it needed to be relocated. Low grade amnestics were distributed to the residents of the town.

SCP-XXXX has the anomalous ability to keep an injured person from dying and reverse death if the deceased is found within an hour of the lethal event. In the case of an injury, SCP-XXXX utilizes standard basic life support techniques. In the case of a death, SCP-XXXX collects organs/parts from the corpse that SCP-XXXX deemed unnecessary for the revival process in a refrigerated box labeled "Human Organ Transport". The qualifications for organs to be "necessary for revival" are under investigation. These body parts are stored in SCP-XXXX's cell's freezer and display decreased rates of decomposition. SCP-XXXX, prior to heading towards an emergency involving a death, will acquire several organs from said freezer to use in the revival.

SCP-XXXX does not possess the ability to heal injuries. SCP-XXXX's simply prevents death from injury, condition, disease, exposure to lethal levels of radiation, temperature, venom, poison, and toxin. Recovery from the affliction must take place naturally after treatment or revival, if possible. Majority of revived subject require intensive reconstructive surgery. Deaths resulting from telepathic or extra-dimensional mechanism of injury appear to be out of SCP-XXXX's scope of power.

SCP-XXXX is in possession of SCP-XXXX-A, a handheld radio that is clipped on the belt of SCP-XXXX's pants. SCP-XXXX-A will periodically alert SCP-XXXX of an emergency situation even if no radio call about that event is being transmitted. The call states all of the emrgency details just as an emergency dispatcher would in an automated female voice. These anomalous radio calls are not received from an outside source, rather the radio frequency originates from the radio itself. SCP-XXXX will immediately respond to the emergency and treat the reported event. SCP-XXXX-A will also receive conventional radio signals at a frequency of 20 MHz and may be used in emergency events within the facility to receive the aid of SCP-XXXX. The receiving range of SCP-XXXX-A is approximately 100 kilometers. SCP-XXXX-A appears as the standard equipment distributed to the employees as SCP-XXXX's former employer. It is unknown if the radio had anomalous abilities before SCP-XXXX received it. The radios issued to the other employees in the company do not display anomalous abilities.

In some cases, being treated by SCP-XXXX is not beneficial. In circumstances where the injured party would not have an acceptable quality of life if revived, the attending staff with SCP-XXXX should remotely lock SCP-XXXX's cell. SCP-XXXX will fight to exit his cell for one hour exactly, after which it will stop and go into a depressed state, returning to normal after 24 hours. Case examples listed in the table below:

Unbeneficial Instances

  • Petrification - staff petrified into stone revived via CPR, but petrification persists. Currently surviving as SCP-XXXX-1
  • Extreme Ablation - staff involved in an explosion. SCP-XXXX revived the largest piece (majority of a torso with several organs inside, notably: a heart, one full and one partial lung, and most of an esophagus) with an AED. This section of torso is currently living as SCP-XXXX-2. Much of the body was collected by SCP-XXXX and frozen.
  • Wide-Spread Fourth Degree Burns - elderly civilian completely burned in a house fire. SCP-XXXX responded and revived the charred corpse with sterile water and burn sheets, the elderly woman is currently deceased of old age, but lived 4 years as SCP-XXXX-3.
  • Extreme Chemical Damage - staff in an incident with SCP-1837 was melted in its acid. SCP-XXXX revived the remaining sludge by collecting the remains and containing them with bandages, adding several organs from storage. The sludge survived as SCP-XXXX-4 for 7 months before dying of unknown causes, this is currently under investigation to possibly counteract SCP-XXXX's reviving effects.

When SCP-XXXX is not "on shift" it will not respond to emergency situations that happen outside of the facility, but may still respond to ones within the facility. SCP-XXXX, while "off shift", tends to have a vast interest in video games and may be found within his cell playing them.
