Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4984 is contained in a standard containment cell that has been slightly reinforced in case of attempted escape. This holding cell is located in [DATA EXPUNGED], Arizona. Security cameras are to be monitioring SCP-4984's cell at all times. The enclosure is to be cleaned thorougly every 2-3 days.
While SCP-4984's containment is in the process of being cleaned, SCP-4984 will be contained by a straight jacket at a neraby facility, [DATA EXPUNGED], in an extra holding cell. SCP-4984 will reside in said cell until at least 2 hours after the main cell has been cleaned.
Temporary Containment Procedure Update: SCP-4984 has been restrained with an
ectric collar, only to be activated if SCP-4984 ever attempts to speak with personnel. This is solely because of the controlling nature and effect it exhibits, which has revealed SCP-4984's desire to escape.
Description: SCP-4984, also reffered to as "The Lost Holder", appears to be a fragile young female, about 9 years of age. SCP-4984 has large smoke-grey eyes, long brown locks that have not exteded in length since the initial day of containment, [DATA EXPUNGED], and a white laced- nightgown.
SCP-4984 has the ability to create items of which the person in her presence has lost through out their life. After 5 hours of the item's creation, the person whom recieved it perishes.
SCP-4984 has shown signs of understanding basic speech, though only responds to females, whom she refers to as "Mommy". These subjects are the ones SCP-4984 targets.
Additional Notes: SCP-4984 is not cooperative, and refuses to take part in interviews
Discovery: SCP-4984 was found on [DATA EXPUNGED] in [DATA EXPUNGED], New York after an investigation on the death of a mother and her daughter were found dead in their apartment on December 15, 1999 in [DATA EXPUNGED], New York. After the initial discovery, SCP-4984 was taken into Foundation custody.
