Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be kept in a 400 sqaure foot containment block with a 1 foot thick inner layer of titanium with an outer layer of metal plating. In the case of damage to inner layer a foundation ai in charge of the block will open a current of 200 volts of electricity to the metal layer. MTF agents are to monitor the block and must stay alert until the ai deactivates the electrical current. SCP-xxxx is to never be let out of containment. if SCP-xxxx breaches containment all security officers are equipped with specialty high voltage tazers, in order to stun and make recontainment easy.
Description: SCP-xxxx is humanoid male about 6 feet, 11 inches high. SCP-xxxx has a suit made of an unknow material that seems to be fused to to SCP-xxxx's body covering all but the head. A helmet made of the same unknown material can be removed but will agitate SCP-xxxx, the suit has a pattern simmilar to that of stained glass. The outside is colored red but changes according to the state of the SCP-xxxx's body. SCP-xxxx's suit is vulnerable to electricity, if anything above 50 watts is transfered into the suit, the colors on the suit will change to blue, making SCP-xxxx incapable of moving for a period of time relevant to the amount of electricity that entered the suit. SCP-xxxx has an overt obsession with weapons using anything around the SCP to attack or make crude items with, below is a record of all items confiscated from containment (oct 8,2014) to now(mar 13,2020).
Along with a vast knowledge of weapons, SCP-xxxx has the ability to carry items over 300 pounds with ease, is impervious to heat, and the suit also acts as a reality anchor disabling all powers of reality benders within a 50 foot radius. Using these abilities for more than 30 minutes will render SCP-xxxx unconscious for 24 hours or more. All victims of SCP-xxxx have been mudered in a brutal way, with wounds such as: decapitation and removal of all brain matter, cutting bodies in half, sticking limb into mouth and also eye sockets, and impaling. all victims of SCP-xxxx have been criminals with large criminal records. SCP-xxxx is capable of speech and is extremely sapient knowing most events occuring in the world at this moment. below is a interview conducted on (jan 20, 2015).
Addendum: SCP-xxxx Was found on oct 8,2014 when a raid on a chaos insurgency warehouse, ended after the MTF Agents went silent and a blast of light was observed and reported in the area. Multiple MTF Teams were deployed finding all chaos insurgency members dead and their bodies [Expunged], the MTF squad wasn't found. all that was left was a stone coffin with words written in latin with minor changes to the the letters on the lid.
