Item #: SCP-000

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-000 is to be kept in a 70x30x5 meter area with the average living products and necessities it needs. This includes a bathroom, a bedroom with a bed and desk (along with a chair), a kitchenette, and a separate room for the subject's musical instruments (which are: a violin, a guitar and a classical piano.)

In case of an event called 'Nightmare', the 'Nightmare protocol' is to be executed by three guards who will enter the subject's cell, armed with a dart gun and will shoot the subject with as many darts until it ceases the 'Nightmare' - the subject must be unconscious and not singing.

Another protocol has been issued that SCP-000 be kept in its cell at all times after the sun sets and by no circumstances should it be awake. If necessary, a sedative must be administered before the sun sets if SCP-000 cannot fall asleep. However, during the day, it can freely wander the site (accompanied by a guard.)

Description: SCP-000’s original name was Zila Sai Coeli, a former staff member on Site-06 which was later destroyed by it. After immediate re-containment, it was given the classification of Keter.

SCP-000 is a human female, African-Asian by ethnicity, standing at 1.7 meters in height and weighing about 62 kilograms. Its appearance is relatively human, with silver/white hair, tan skin and a relatively slender body.

The eyes of SCP-000 have black scleras, white irises and small black pupils with a black 'X' crossing over each pupil. The eyes are made up of non-organic and organic materials such as black and white diamonds and muscle tissue around the eye (like a normal human eye.) It has expressed no pain when poked in the eyes. How it is able to see is still unknown.

However, instead of veins, SCP-000's eyes are welded together by black thick liquid substance similar to blood in density. All of SCP-000's circulatory system is comprised of said black substance. No blood cells are found in its body and no veins, arteries or capillaries are visible from the skin, replaced instead by this substance.

Its skin (epidermis and dermis) is soft to the touch and feels like normal human skin. Its hypodermis however and upper layers of its muscle tissue is comprised of graphene (note: its hypodermis has the potential to stop bullets from an AK-47, which fire at 3 km/s.) The graphene and muscle tissue are welded together by the same black liquid found in its eyes and body.

While the density of the liquid to normal human blood maybe similar, the liquid has been found to lack red/white blood cells and platelets, along with plasma. This has baffled researchers and still begs the question of how SCP-000 brings oxygen throughout its body or prevent common illnesses or even heal wounds. A lot of the composition of the liquid is still unknown but traces of arsenic and iodine are the only known metals in its composition. The blood functions the same way regular human blood functions.

SCP-000's clothing vary, as it is given often comfortable and different colored clothing. It is frequently seen wearing a black and white, striped, scarf around its neck. In a group, it will always wear the scarf around its head to cover its eyes.

SCP-000 has the ability that if it makes direct eye contact with any walking or sentient being, it will hold said stare for as long as it wants to. With a single person, it had the ability to control their behavior after breaking the stare. This control can be deliberate or not. Even if in close proximity, the individual’s behavior can change with or without SCP-000’s input.

Within a group, the victims will begin to have drastic behavioral changes. These after-effects vary as some subjects have shown to exhibit happiness or elation, sadness or melancholy, and even anger and irritation. Regardless of what the victim's behavioral patterns were before the stare, they change directly after eye contact with SCP-000. The effects seem to be only by random chance and have no known pattern and cannot be controlled by SCP-000.

Researchers theorize that this ability comes from some form of telepathy, though seemingly without any conscious attempt. SCP-000 has also altered the behavior of hostile SCPs (as long as they are within SCP-000's senses, mainly being by sight and proximity). This also includes the particular SCP's effects on humans and other living beings. See Addendum 000-3 for a list. (Side-Note from Dr. [REDACTED]: Its "taming" works on many SCPs, even non-sentient SCPs).

During a 'Nightmare' event, SCP-000 is in an unconscious state and it always occurs during the night and when daylight time ends. SCP-000 will begin to sing in an unknown language, usually sad and haunting songs. Its singing causes everyone within a 100 meter radius (those who hear it) to feel unbearable terror and sorrow.

However, if it is awakened during the ‘Nightmare’, it will become extremely hostile and violent around humans and will set out to kill as many people. It achieves this with its most dangerous ability to manipulate matter in whatever manner it desires. This resulted in the destruction of Site-06, leaving nothing of it left and no survivors. It is still unknown as to its limits with this ability. However, this ability is only present during the night hours after the sun sets.

It has only ever had a 'Nightmare' event once.

Addendums

Addendum 000-1: SCP-000 was dubbed a Keter Class ever since the first 'Nightmare' incident and awakening. Prior to said re-classification, SCP-000 had always managed to stay asleep during the 'Nightmares'.

Addendum 000-2: SCP-000, during a conversation with a Mobile Task Force guard escorting it to Dr. Robertson, was referred to as ‘Zero.’ Afterwords, SCP-000 has been asked to be called 'Zero' in its company, this request was granted.

The following interview is between MTF-1056 and SCP-000, with a hidden voice recorder was hidden in the guard's jacket.

MTF-1056: Hey! I am Mobil Task Force Number 1056, and I've been instructed to bring you to your doctor.
SCP-000: (Silence)
(Footsteps are heard as SCP-000 exits its cell followed by MTF-1056)
MTF-1056: So let me get this straight, you’re a Keter?
SCP-000: Yes.
MTF-1056: I’m just surprised is all. Usually Keter class SCPs aren’t allowed to wander the halls.
SCP-000: I’m aware. (Silence for a few seconds.) How long have you been here?
MTF-1056: What?
SCP-000: (Sounding irritated.) How long have you been stationed here?
MTF-1056: (Awkwardly.) Oh, um, about a week.
SCP-000: Interesting…
MTF-1056: How so?
SCP-000: Well, you are certainly chatty.
MTF-1056: Thanks? I guess.
SCP-000: It’s refreshing. I appreciate it.
MTF-1056: Well, glad to see you happy, Zero.
SCP-000: ‘Zero’?
MTF-1056: Er, nickname. Is that okay?
SCP-000: (Silence for a few seconds.) No, I like it.

END OF RECORDING.

Addendum 000-3: SCP-000's strange ability to alter the effects and behaviors of SCPs has been tested and carefully documented. These are so far the tests and results:

000-4-3:
SCP-[RED]
Results:
[REDACTED]

000-4-4:
SCP-1669
Results:
Nothing of note.

000-4-5:
SCP-706
Results:
SCP-706 simply wanted to speak to SCP-000 about its eyes and they traded stories about their inorganic parts of their body though nothing specific enough to document. SCP-706 lost all interest in becoming a full doll and instead wanted to spend time with SCP-000.

Addendum 000-5: SCP-000 was discovered in a forest on February 12, 2010, in Southern Canada, unconscious and freezing due to the cold.
