Harper

Being one of the people behind the containment of other SCPs, Harper is one of the most trusted because he is the only one who can persuade other SCPs into surrendering themselves unto the containment (He was the one behind the containment of SCP -9500 which, turns out was his brother).

Harper appears to be a human, with striking grey eyes that can turn void black. He has majestic hawk-like wings that take him to great heights.
