Description: SCP-4604 is an non-matter Anomaly that shows victims in a Neutralized state,but not decaying.It is currently unknown how this state can be reversed, all procedures taken to do so, did not give any positive results.
Victims of SCP-4604 did not appear to have any wounds or any natural cause of death.
The anomaly seems to transport the victim in a different dimension resembling a visual of the victims past in a dystopian place.
Few have recovered from this state,one was a staff member,who was experiencing weird phenomenas seeing the number 46,and a strange symbol that resembled the head of a goat
