SCP-XXXX-1 is a light-capacity steel frame elevator encased in a concrete structure in █████, Argentina.(image 1.1) the structure doesnt have acess to the underground and doesnt possess any structure on top of it, that could give the elevator movement or locomotion.
The elevator lacks most control equipment except one aluminum panel in the right sight of the door, containing 1 unlabeled button and a symbol, the panel can be removed exposing, highly advanced circuitry and hardware going beyond the scopes of any known device or electronics related SCP. The button and elevator dont possess any anomalous property when engaged by anything other than SCP-XXXX.
When SCP-XXXX engages the button inside SCP-XXXX-1 a series of events described by Acosta as "Multi-function time restructuring" happens. though the full effect of SCP-XXXX on reality is as of yet unknown. The security staff dragged SCP-XXXX out of the room and placed him under watch in a cell nearby.

Closing Statement: A day following the interview MTF Epsilon-6 was dispatched to the coordinates location, confirmed the presence of the anomalous entity and handled the local populous, senior researcher Dr. Bergmann recieved a notice letter from a magazine, and several classified documents were recieved by the site director.
The foundation began construction of site-27 around SCP-XXXX-1.
