Special Containment Procedure:
SCP-4143 is to be kept in a standard safe and is to be locked at all times unless given permission by a senior researcher of Site █. The safe must be kept in an unlit 10 by 10 meter room to avoid foundation personnel getting affected by its anomalous properties. Doors of the containment cell SCP-4143 is kept in should be made out of bullet proof material. In addition, it is to have a door secured by keypads. Number combination of the keypad to SCP-4143's containment cell is to be changed weekly for safety purposes. Its containment cell should not contain any cameras or any form of recording apparatus, this is to avoid foundation personnel getting affected by SCP-4143's anomalous properties.
Description:
SCP-4143 is small firearm resembling the glock 19. Other features of it seem to have similars feature to a normal glock 19. However, it replenishes its ammunition every time a bullet is used. It is theorized by Dr. ████ that SCP-4143 obtains bullets from any nearby small firearm. This theory was proven to be true after several security department agents have reported to have lost some of their ammunition.
Within a 5 meters radius of SCP-4143, subjects have reported of hearing voices of their family members. As stated by subjects, the voices told them to come closer to SCP-4143. This effect can be prevented by simply tapping those are affected by it. The ability of SCP-4143 being able to produce these variety voices are currently unknown.
The voices are described to be those of the subject's family or loved ones (See Interview Log A).
Within a 1 meter radius of SCP-4143, the subject will attempt to equip and most likely attempt to commit suicide. Those who were able to be prevented from committing suicide have been diagnosed with crippling depression and kept repeating "They want to see me" for an hour (See Interview Log B). After an hour, subjects reported to have no memory of the event and signs of depression are not found (See Interview Log C).
Viewing the safe where SCP-4143 is kept in for a certain period of time will cause those who view it to have a strong desire to approach it regardless how far that person is viewing the safe. This seem to have the same properties as to the 5 meter radius effect. Hence, the reason why its containment cell has no sign of any recording apparatus. The safe where SCP-4143 is contained could be designated as SCP-4143-2. However, acknowledging the safe as an SCP is still debatable due to the lack of information and evidence for it to be considered as one.
Addendum 4143.1: Discovery
SCP-4143 was discovered in █████, Austria in an apartment complex on █████ street. Occupants of the apartment have reported to have been smelling a horrible stench for the past Four weeks following several gunshots coming from room ███. Two nearby police officers tried to investigate room ███ but were unsuccessful causing both officers to lose their lives. The foundation soon stepped in after the tragic event. However, it took the foundation ███ days to contain SCP-4143 safely. Class-A amnestics were applied to those who have witnessed the event.
Addendum 4143.2: Interview Log A
Interviewed: D-42061
Interviewer: Dr.████
Foreword: D-42061 was prevented from approaching SCP-4143 by security personnel. He is being interviewed for the purpose of knowing SCP-4143's anomalous ability.
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr.████: You were prevented from further approaching the safe and SCP-4143 right?
D-42061: Yeah..
Dr.████: Why did you approach? Even though I haven't given you any instructions.
D-42061: I don't know..My legs started moving on its own.. I.. I also heard voices telling me to come pick it up..
Dr.████: Voices? Describe.
D-42061: Well.. it sounded like my grandparent's voices.. to be exact.. it sounded so much like my grandfather..
Dr.████: Is that so?
D-42061: But.. the weird thing is that.. he passed away before I came here. So.. it's like a ghost voice of him I guess..?
Dr.████: How many years since he passed away?
D-42061: I don't know about.. 7 years I think.
Dr.████ is seen noting down the abilities of SCP-4143 that was mentioned by D-42061
Dr.████: Alright, you can leave now. That's about it for today.

Addendum 4143.3: Interview Log B

Interviewer: Dr.████
Foreword: After the second experimentation of SCP-4143 on D-59238, security personnel were able to prevent him from committing suicide.

D-59238: They want to see me..
Dr.████: Who are you talking about?
D-59238 They want to see me..
Dr.████ Could you be more specific? Who are you referring to?
D-59238 They want to see me..
Dr.████: I can't interview him when he's like this. Escort him back to his cell.

Closing Statement: While D-59238 was being escorted back to his cell, he kept on repeating the phrase "They want to see me" over and over. Security personnel also heard him repeating that phrase inside his cell.
Addendum 4143.4: Interview Log C
Foreword: After an hour of the previous interview, D-59238 was called into another interview with Dr.████.

Dr.████: How are you feeling?
D-59238: Fine I guess, why you ask?
Dr.████: Well on you kept repeating the phrase "They want to see me" before.
D-59238: What are you talking about? I was at my cell the whole day. This the first time I'm doing an interview with you. I haven't even went into any test chambers yet.
Dr.████: But..you went to SCP-4143's chamber earlier today. You almost killed yourself during the experimentation.
D-59238 SCP-4143? Which one is that?
Dr.████: The pistol that makes people commit suicide.
D-59238 Never even heard of it. This is my first time hearing something about that SCP you're talking about.
Dr.████ sighed
Dr.████: You can go back to your cell now. Interview is over.
