The Invitation Letter

SCP-XXXX-1, it's a handwritten letter directed randomly at any person at any time, Facility Investigators have tried to identify an actual time cycle, but it has failed to show anything according to when this letters might come, or to whom, however it usually appears in parts of Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania, there's no recording of the letter appearing in any part of America yet.
SCP-XXXX-1's author's anonymous, in this entry the author will be addressed as SCP-XXXX .
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 has the appearance of a normal brownish yellow envelope with a red seal depicting a heart on it, inside it's a white paper letter asking to the one whom the letter it's addressed to, if they want to play a game and the direction's to the play date's address, with a heart stamp at the end of it.
Interactions: Usually anyone who reads this kind of letter would decline the invitation, but it somehow makes anyone who reads it determined to get to such place, to the point of getting excited to know who sent it.
This letters seem to target people with depression, anxiety, sad loners, and who have lost the will to live, so the probability of them accepting to go to the place it addresses are more likely.
This letters are rarely sent to anyone without this traits, but it seems to still work on them, specially if the person's curious, a thrill chaser, or someone who wants an adventure.
It could even be sent at the least expected person. However if the person has a strong will they can withstand against the letter's effect.
The letter will always choose a secluded area as an address, and the day will always be a Friday and the time will always be at night time, from 11:30 P.M. to 3:15 A.M.
When the letter's reader goes to the addressed location, the reader will be constantly experimenting fear, euphoria and happiness, each every 20 minutes, then feeling their surrounding to be suddenly changing, until at exactly 3:16 A.M. the reader will suddenly disappear out of thin air and without a trace.

Test One
We have located a subject, who has received SCP-XXXX-1, a young man called [REDACTED] who's age is 21 years old from [REDACTED], lives alone, his house it's… well organized in his own way… The subject has shown signs of depression and a deep interest to go to SCP-XXXX-1's shown address, a group of MTFs and I will personally see the effects made by SCP-XXXX, the unknown author of the letter, it gives me the chills thinking of who or what might be… -Dr. [REDACTED]
Friday at 11:30 P.M.-
Me and a group consisting of 6 MTF units are observing with caution the events occurring, from a safe and hidden area, in case SCP-XXXX's require privacy to make the effects… -Dr. [REDACTED]
Friday at 1:30 A.M.
Subject seems to be changing his mood constantly showing signs of fear, happiness and well… let's just say his experiencing euphoria as well… any ways each of this mood changes seem to occur every 20 minutes each and SCP-XXXX hasn't shown themselves yet, we'll keep observing until the the time in the letter has ended, who knows maybe we're just looking at someone's prank instead of a real case… -Dr. [REDACTED]

T-The Subject! he j-just disappeared 4 minutes ago, just like that! the MTF units and I are scouting the area for any traces of the subject or SCP-XXXX, but nothing has been found, where could the Subject has been sent to, it's a mystery, a mystery I'll have to resolve… what a bother…

Test Two
The next test Subject's a 17 year old girl from [REDACTED] suffering from depression, anxiety and apparently has lost her will to live, this time I will be working with Dr.[REDACTED] who has much more experience in the paranormal fields, the girl seems to not care if we follow her to the address since she accepted without thinking twice, all she said is "Please make it fast and painless" I gotta say this response it's pretty saddening, Dr. [REDACTED] in the other hand is already used to watching constant death in her everyday job, so all she did is sigh, we're now taking her to the meeting point addressed on the letter, like before, at night time, at a secluded area. -Dr. [REDACTED]
Friday at 11:30 P.M.
We have brought the girl to the meeting point, this time a team of MTFs, Dr. [REDACTED] and I, will analyse, scout and search the area of any clues, traces, sightings of SCP-XXXX, the area has been lighten up to discover whether the results will still be the same or not. -Dr. [REDACTED]
Friday at 2:15 A.M.
The syndromes of the last Subject have come in effect, her reactions are as expected, sudden mood swings of fear, happiness and… well euphoria… she also seems to feel strange, saying the her surroundings are changing, however none of us are experiencing any of this, seems like the SCP-XXXX only affects the reader of SCP-XXXX-1, truly an ominous feeling in the air for a newbie like me, only starting being in this kind of organization… -Dr. [REDACTED]

Test Three
[next letter appeared in a rather creepy location... an MTF unit has received one SCP-XXXX-1 on Monday... since we've never seen what would happen if the subject has some weaponry for auto defense sure it's something we need to discover, the test me and Dr. [REDACTED will test SCP-XXXX at this Friday night at the hour the letters always have, the MTF seems is scared, since he doesn't want to get his weapon off his hands, not wanting to be defenseless when SCP-XXXX appears, well… if they actually do…// -Dr. [REDACTED]

The location, it's in [REDACTED] since the MTF Subject's stressed and always pointing his weapon at everything, and sometimes firing at staff… we're been aided by MTFs keeping the Subject MTF under control, though you can also feel something weird out of the MTFs as well now that you think about it… they don't seem to mind me saying this kind of stuff though. -Dr. [REDACTED]
Friday at 2:30 P.M.
The syndromes are beginning to kick in, in the already expected fear stage, it was a total mess the Subject MTF began to fire at random places nonstop, good thing the MTF shields are protecting us from this… in the happiness stage Subject MTF begins to calm down and laugh in a rather casual way, in the "euphoria" stage… well… you see… -Dr. [REDACTED]

And expected… it happened again, no algorithms, traces or anything… the Subject MTFs thermal signs and heart rates also disappeared with him, including his weapon, except for all the bullets he fired earlier, nothing could be seen of SCP-XXXX, no thermal signs, no heart rates, not even a sound, almost as if they were fictional… this is frustrating, but at least according to Dr. [REDACTED] it's one of the least messy tests. "sigh" well time to wait again…
Test Four

Dr. [REDACTED] since you've received the card the next test it's up to me, and the higher rank members have given me permission to see what happens if you don't go to said location written on the letter, it seems like they're too lazy right now to keep looking for replacements in case of casualties, so you're lucky. -Dr. [REDACTED]

Dr. [REDACTED] subject, didn't go to the location, he's still present, with no injuries of any kind and without experiencing any of the syndromes, his heat signs are alright, his heart rates are in order, everything in his body is healthy. -Dr. [REDACTED]]]
Addendum
The next morning at 8:43 A.M. I have received the same letter the other subjects and Dr. [REDACTED] have, it says "Keep digging deeper, you'll only make my work to find a tomb for your whole organization much easier~ XOXO" with heart on the "i"s and the same stamp as always, I'll report this immediately to the high ranking personnel -Dr. [REDACTED]

After the after events of SCP-XXXX-1's investigation, further testing of this SCP has been canceled until it's necessary, Dr. [REDACTED] and Dr. [REDACTED] have been assigned to another testing case.
