Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: Object is to be contained within a standard containment cell with heavily armed security detail. No new information is to be introduced to the object without the permission by the Site Director and Informational Security Chief. No personnel to come in direct contact with the object unless cleared by Level 4 or Level 5 administrative staff. Any personnel that have had any non-approved information exchange with the object to be relocated, administered amnesiacs and evaluated. During the interrogation process interrogation officers to strictly adhere to the interrogation script without deviations.
Description: Object is a prepubescent male of Northern African origin weighing 34.8 kilograms and reaching 148 cm in height. Object was found in the City of C████ as an adopted child of Mr and Mrs. ███ given legal name of █████ ███. No biological parentage was traced. Object possesses no physiological anomalies.
Object possesses the ability to acquire and memorize the information at an increased pace. During the initial testing under the supervision of Dr. ██████ the object was capable of learning both written and spoken English language after 200 minutes.
Further observations determined that object's familiarity with related languages did not accelerate the learning process. Every language-learning process has taken between 170 and 210 minutes.
Object is capable of learning higher and abstract concepts as was determined during the Interrogation Session 3. When exposed to knowledge for shorter amounts of time object reacts in one of two ways.
If exposed to a particular field of knowledge for less than 43 minutes, the object will retain all knowledge on the subject it was exposed to, however the object will not gain the unnatural amount of knowledge.
If exposed to a particular field of knowledge for more than 43 minutes but less than 170 minutes, the object will not retain any new information on the subject.
It was determined that those timers are cumulative as was seen during the Interrogation Session ██, ██, ██, ██ and ██ where the object was exposed to the same subject for 40 minutes each interrogation session, gaining near-perfect knowledge on the subject at 191 minute mark while knowing only basics on the subject until then. When the object question about the facts that it possesses that were never explained or mentioned to it, the object experiences visible confusion and is unable to answer how it obtained the knowledge.
Prolonged exposure to the object and disclosure of any personal information allows object to perform the same level of knowledge-gathering on the subject in question. First exposure to this anomalous behavior happened during Interrogation ██ where Interrogation Specialist Mr. ███████ was convinced by the Object to bring various assorted items into the Containment Cell. Mr. ███████ himself continued to insist that no one had influenced him to do so. Transcripts of this conversation are recorded in Addendum XXXX-1. This incident has prompted the rotation system to the interrogation crews as well as the establishment of a strict policy of interrogation of the object.
The object exhibits natural curiosity during the interrogations as well as having noticeable problems with focusing.
Object is particularly fond of such dishes as ███████ and is familiar and fond of pop-culture. Object has expressed anomalous amount of knowledge about the fields of interest in said culture.
Additional observations were made from that fact. The object had a near-perfect knowledge regarding the show ███████ and the character ████████ ████. However when asked information about the actor ██████ █████ portraying aforementioned character the object was unable to respond.
Medical evaluations determined that object reacts to stressors without any anomalous behavior expressing pain both visually and via an audible expression. Object's vision and hearing were determined to not be anomalous either. Object was determined to be immune to amnesiacs and anesthetics, making impossible to revert its knowledge or prevent it from gathering knowledge via the anesthetics use. Object retains consciousness even under the extreme duress such as prolonged suffocation. Additional immunities to be determined.
