Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4981 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell. Due to its nature it is able to comply with verbal instructions and further containment procedures are not necessary. While usually the subject will remain in its cell, under any circumstance in which it may become violent, the subject is to be secured, treated wit class-A sedatives, and returned to the subject's cell. No one with under Level 2 security clearance or persons Class C or higher are to enter the subject's cell.
Description: SCP-4981 is 8 feet tall with black-silver skin. Every part of the subject's body contains small welts in the skin, though they do not appear to harm the subject and after further study were concluded to be the result of a genetic malfunction. The most notable feature of the subject the subject are four massive, muscular arms, with large clawed hands resembling of a lizard's in the way they can splay themselves to climb smooth, flat surfaces. The same appears to be true of the subject's feet, which host opposable thumbs and feature the same ability to climb flat surfaces. Their legs appear to be most resembling a dog's with their elongated foot, elevated heel, dewclaw and large thighs allow the subject to leap remarkably long distances for its size. It's face is completely smooth (with the exception of the small welts covering the skin) and save for the large mouth full of needlelike teeth and long, prehensile tongue. The subject has large bat-like wings that reach down to its dewclaws. These have been measured to have 20 foot wingspan when fully extended.
No personnel with under Level 2 security clearance are to interact with the subject. Researchers be warned that the subject may start on rants, saying things like "Glory to the █████████ Empire" and "██████ will come back for me". Extra security is be placed around the cell of the subject. Field agents and senior security operatives are to be alerted of any changes in SCP-4981's behavior.
On the back of the subject's head is a gray box which fits around the base of the subject's skull. It is equipped with an audio input/output device, a five button keypad, and a speaker through which the subject speaks, as well as a small visual display. Upon pressing the button in the midde of the keypad, the screen will flicker to life and display the text "Glory to █████████" and prompt the user for a password, which must be spoken. If the password is not entered within 120 seconds, the screen will shut off. No research as of yet has been made into the nature of the device and so far known it is inseparable from SCP-4981.
The subject was recovered from the crash site of SCP-4981-1 on near █████████, Russia on ██-██-████ by MTF team ██████ accompanied by Dr. ███████. The subject is 20 feet wide, 11 feet tall, and 45 feet long, while resembling in shape an egg, the subject has on its surface various kinds of metal greebling as well as a vaguely outlined door through which SCP-4981 could fit standing up. Further research concluded that SCP-4981-1 was not anomalous and is currently being stored in a standard safe-class impound zone at Site-██
SCP-4981-2 was also recovered from the aforementioned crash site. Further research on the subject concluded it too was not anomalous, but Dr. ███████ described it in their notes as an "extremely curious use of nanotechnology". The subject is 2 feet long and 1.5 feet wide, researchers concluded it was meant to fit around the arm and hand of SCP-4981. On the surface of the subject is a four button keypad, which when each button is pressed, make emerge a different function out of the hollow end of the device. Respectively, there are buttons for turning it into, after analysis, what was determined to be a blaster, a sword, a spear, and a shield. The subject is to be kept in a standard safe-class object locker as is not to be accessed without Class 2 security clearance.
Addendum: Following the containment breach of SCP-4981 on ██-█-████ it should be noted that Dr. ██████ fell ill with [DATA EXPUNGED], and died shortly after. Notably, Dr. ██████ was the one permitted at the site of the containment breach to administer the sedative drug according to protocol. The source of the illness was concluded to be SCP-4981 although as of yet, no research as been done towards a cure.
