Special Containment Procedures: Currently the foundation contains seven individual instances of SCP-4032, labelled as SCP-4032a through to SCP-4032g.
Instances of SCP-4032 should be contained in a room with varied size depending on the size of the size of the instance. All of SCP-4032’s appendages should be tightly restrained by rigid, adjustable braces fixed to the ceiling or floor of the enclosure. The walls, floor, and ceiling of the room are to be padded with 30cm of soft insulation foam, and covered in a flexible, fire proof Kevlar. Additionally, the entire floor of SCP-4032’s containment should be fitted with a scale with a weight bearing of up to 5 tonnes. Apart from the class D personnel assigned to feeding instances of SCP-4032, all personnel entering SCP-4032 should be accompanied by guards armed as outlined below.
2 guards armed with tranquilizer rifles that contain an amount of Domosedan corresponding to the size of the instance of SCP-4032 should be posted outside the SCP-4032 enclosure at all times. The guards are also to be fitted with stun guns, to be used in the event that the dose of Domosedan fails to sedate the instance of SCP-4032. A security camera is to be inconspicuously placed inside the enclosure and is to be constantly monitored. In the event that an instance of SCP-4032 escapes its braces, the guards are to immediately enter containment and attempt to incapacitate the instance, who should then attempt to re-affix the braces.
Every 2 days, a d class personnel is to enter the containment of SCP-4032 and feed it a pre-determined amount of nutritional paste via a long pole with a spoon attached to one end. If the instance of SCP-4032 is uncooperative the instance is to be incapacitated and force fed, a saline drip is also to be inserted into a major artery and refilled routinely.
In the event of a containment breach, under no circumstances should any instance of SCP-4032 be eliminated, the first response should be by the guards posted outside SCP-4032’s enclosure who should attempt to incapacitate the instance. If the 2 guards fail to incapacitate the instance, a strike team should immediately be dispatched with only tranquilizer rifles and stun guns. If an instance of SCP-4032 is killed, any armed personnel are to use any means necessary to restrain and incapacitate the instance once it has reanimated.
Addendum 4032-1: After the ██/██/19██ test conducted by Dr ██████████ it is impossible to contain SCP-4032a under the containment procedures outlined above. The steel used in restraining instances of SCP-4032 should be tripled in thickness.
Addendum 4032-2: After the containment breach on ██/██/19██ it is no longer possible to contain SCP-4032e under the containment procedures outlined above. The steel used in restraining instances of SCP-4032 is therefore to be fireproofed. The Kevlar coating used on the walls, floor and ceiling is also to be replaced with fire-retardant ████-███. All instances of SCP-4032 are also to wear a steel, fireproof muzzle.
Description: Individual instances of SCP-4032 do not necessarily share any physical characteristics. Newborn instances of SCP-4032 and unevolved instances have a bovine appearance and in their base form are quadrupedal, however, the main characteristic shared by all instances of SCP-4032 is their anomalous behaviour, in that when an instance of SCP-4032 is killed it will rapidly regenerate any physical trauma sustained, and subsequently generate new tissue of almost any form in order to avoid being killed in the same way again. Instances of SCP-4032 have been known to generate wings, additional limbs, claws, and organs. Instances of SCP-4032 do not appear to adhere to laws of mass conservation, and do not "evolve" based on their current body weight, or the amount of matter they have ingested, rather they can gain any additional mass needed to "evolve" seemingly out of nowhere, any attempts to stop or hinder this process have, as of ██/██/20██, failed. This regeneration and evolution process has been recorded to last at minimum 16 seconds and at maximum 3 minutes 38 seconds depending on the severity of wounds sustained, and the extent of the evolution process.
Addendum 4032-3: Instances of SCP-4032 have no healing capabilities until their death, tested by Dr ██████ over a period of 7 weeks where SCP-4032g was unable to heal a small cut from a kitchen knife.
Instances of SCP-4032 exist naturally in ██████, appearing exclusively in a forest outside of ████████. Instances of SCP-4032 are extremely hostile towards most biological life, instances of SCP-4032 will not attack each other, except in cases where death would be advantageous, when they will show no hesitation in killing other instances. Instances of SCP-4032 are omnivorous, but naturally subsist primarily on meat. The seven instances of SCP-4032 currently contained by the foundation were found in a pack in the above location, they came to the foundations attention after a group of school children went missing on a camping trip in ████████ forest, a search party was sent to recover the children and a survivor claimed to have “shot a beast that kept getting up.” After the entire police force as well as a group of 24 ███████ soldiers went missing, with similar reports coming in from both groups about “unkillable monsters” the foundation was subsequently contacted by the ███████ government, all seven instances of SCP-4032 were recovered in ████████ forest in ██/██/19██.
Below is a log of all evolutions since the seven instances of SCP-4032 were recovered.
- ██/██/19██: on the recovery of all instances of SCP-4032, SCP-4032c was eliminated while charging a level 3 personnel, SCP-4032c subsequently grew an bullet-resistant exoskeleton on its back and head, as well as the front of its legs, the growths took 36 seconds.
- ██/██/19██: SCp-4032d was also downed, the instance grew 6 extra legs, the growths took 1 minute 45 seconds.
- ██/██/19██: SCP-4032f was also downed at which point all personnel switched to tranquilizer guns, the instance grew wings as well as a sharp, metre long bone growth from its left arm, the growths took 1 minute 6 seconds.
- ██/██/19██: initial test conducted by Dr ██████████ where SCP-4032g was drowned, the instance then grew gills and organs for breathing under water the growths took 16 seconds.
- ██/██/19██: initial test conducted by Dr ██████████ where SCP-4032a was encased in a rapidly solidifying concrete, the instance broke out of the concrete by doubling its muscle mass and density, the instances bones also hardened, and have resisted any attempts to break. Any attempts to eliminate SCP-4032a have since failed the growths took 2 minutes and 3 seconds.
- ██/██/19██: initial test conducted by Dr ██████████ where SCP-4032b was staved over a period of 3 weeks and 4 days, SCP-4032b subsequently developed chloroplasts in all of its cells, and its stomach generated an incredibly powerful stomach acid, which has managed to successfully digest a car tire, the growths took 1 minute and 19 seconds.
- ██/██/19██: initial test conducted by Dr ██████████ where SCP-4032c was shot in those parts left uncovered by its exoskeleton, the instance’s skin thickened and is now impervious to all regular calibre ammunition up to .50 calibre, SCP-4032c is now completely bullet proof, the growths took 2 minutes and 55 seconds.
- ██/██/19██: initial test conducted by Dr ██████████ where SCP-4032e was doused in gasoline and set alight, a new gland was grown that moistened the skin and made it impossible for SCP-4032e to be ignited, though several attempts have since been made, the growths took 39 seconds.
- ██/██/19██: initial test conducted by Dr ██████████ where a flamethrower was inserted into SCP-4032e’s oesophagus, the instance was burnt from the inside, and subsequently all of SCP-4032e’s organs became a leathery, fire-proof tissue, the growths took 1 minute and 29 seconds.
- ██/██/19██: initial test conducted by Dr ██████████ where SCP-4032e was submerged in molten rock (measured at 1168 °C), the instance’s skin was subsequently able to be superheated (up to a measured temperature of 3563°C), SCP-4032e was able to break out of containment, with ██ staff casualties before the instance was re-contained, containment procedures were updated (see addendum 4032-2). The method of superheating is unknown, and the gland that SCP-4032e formed in the first test was also removed. The growths took 3 minutes 38 seconds.
Addendum 4032-4: after the tests conducted from ██/██/19██ to ██/██/19██ many instances of SCP-4032 have become difficult to contain and the , therefore, any future tests are hereby disallowed, unless approved by the 05 council.
