Special Containment procedures: SCP XXXX is to be kept a containment cell 20m by 8m by 20m and the walls are comprised of high carbon steel that is 6 centimeters thick. The containment cell is themed to be the 20th century as SCP XXXX has requested. All requests made by SCP XXXX is to be approved by a level 4 personnel or higher. At least 2 guards are to be In The containment area at all times. Any internet based things given to SCP XXXX must be restricted to SCP XXXX if it is considered to be teaching it about war in any way. No one is to touch SCP XXXX’s skin.
Description: SCP XXXX is a German male 1.8 meters in hight and has dark slick back hair and appears to be around the age of 40. Despite the fact SCP XXXX likes a mid 20th century types of cell, SCP XXXX prefers the newest technology. who comes in contact with SCP XXXX’s skin will make SCP XXXX not kill you but rather anyone in your ethnicity. After 15 minute of coming in contact with SCP XXXX’s skin it will stay perfectly still, after the 15 minutes it will kill one person in that person’s ethnicity every 15 minutes despite how far they are. It depends on distance so it will kill the closest person, than the second closest and so forth. No matter how far apart each victim is SCP XXXX will kill every 15 minutes on the dime. SCP XXXX will kept doing this either the rest of the year has finished or the ethnicity has died out entirely.
SCP XXXX was discovered on July 16th 1955 in what was a no mans land back in world war 1. He was just standing there unresponsive until the SCP foundation came to take him. It was later learned that SCP XXXX could speak any language but preferred German, English, and French. When In the state of killing SCP was seen by one person to have not have a rage state but just had a straight face while running on its spree which was ironic. SCP XXXX will kill by ripping out the heart of the victim, but if it can’t with in 15 seconds than it will go on to fighting in a style similar to Japanese or American karate. The worst part about this guy is that it can blend in with the rest of the world really easily so he can strike at any moment, for this reason Mobile Task Forces have had 10 tracker chips inside of SCP XXXX to make sure he is easily found if he gets loose.
Addendum 1: the one exception to touching SCP XXXX’s skin if it had been peeled of and is no longer attached to SCP XXXX, than the skin will have no anomalies.
Addendum 2: SCP XXXX has been purposely not been touched by anyone or almost never seen while on its killing spree.
Addendum 3: SCP XXXX is capable of speech as long as it is not killing.
Addendum 4: Quick regeneration has been noticed in SCP XXXX and so far the bones actually seem unbreakable.
Addendum 5: trying to obstruct SCP XXXX from killing is useless because it will kill every 15 minutes, never slower, never faster.
Note <Mar 11th 2020>: it has been confirmed that SCP does not remember killing when it does. It’s like a whole different mind set comes in, strange isn’t it.
