Special Containment Procedures: The Foundation currently posseses no means by which to contain 3911. It is important to note that Dr. John Redding the head-researcher of the initial and, presently last, efforts(coded: Project Omikron) to design SCP for 3911 remarked at the end of his testimony: "There is nothing to be contained"
Description: *Note to all researchers: Many terms in this article are used for convenience reasons. 3911 isn't to begin with, let alone describe it.*
3911 is an universal antimemetic entity. It engulfs the Universe to all it's borders. It is the most effective antimemetic entity. It's 99.99% sure that not even a planck-length of the Universe has ever received information from or regarding to 3911.
3911 is not to be confused with parralel universes(see Addendum 3911-1-Testimony-Of-DrJones).
3911 is not to be confused with the number 0, a currently used symbol to designate that there is nothing of something. To clarify the difference, object 3911 is nothing.
Despite that, it can be safely posited that the object has only one side(*propossal of Multiverse Department: "at least one side"*) of surface Ω where Ω is the size of the total outer surface of the Universe and infite volume.

Dear colleaguess, I'm very sorry. We all have made monumentous efforts to contain anomalies this year, to reduce the K-class scenarios possibility to levels where the possiblity is not a K-class scenario itself.(laughter from the audience) Me although, I'm coming here to introduce a new anomaly, a new object. Speciffically a Keter one.
Don't worry we are not breaking any rules here. I know that the introduction of objects is usually done behind closed doors and over secured channels but the one I'm here to talk about is one that each and every one of you already knows. Even the public knows it. It's nothing really.
You know who doesn't know about it? The Foundation. Newton didn't invent gravity but what he did was conceptualise it. Give it a name and make it a concept. A thing that can be researched and harnessed. A thing that can be secured and contained. My introduction to the catalogue of anomalies is Object#: 3911. Description?
