Special Containment Procedures: SCP 4508 is kept at site 19 and has a room that is 6m by 3m by 6m. It is aloud to roam the foundation as it pleases but letting it in another SCP's containment room is strictly forbidden.
Description: SCP 4508 appears as a brown and black dog weighing at 40 kilograms and of strong build. it's age is unclear but seems to be 2-4 years of age. It can transmit information to an individual by telepathically showing numbers and letters in your head, depending on how important the information is to that someone the more information SCP 4508 will have to use. If it gives to much information it will fall asleep for a couple hours with no response. The very fact it is powerful and holds much information we can only dream of it remains something we can not loose.
Addendum 1: The first encounter of SCP 4508 was in 1946 at yellow stone national park, it was assumed that it was an average lost dog. The second encounter was in Georgia, it was found by task forces in 2016.
Addendum 2: SCP 4508 does not seem to age and when you try to find out how old it is it will always give you an indeterminate answer.
Addendum 3: Despite SCP 4508 can pop up any words of any language in your mind it can not speak.
Addendum 4: Immune to any Damage, Fear, or Disease and is incredibly agile so the foundation changes its object class from Safe to Thaumiel because it can capture any other SCP willingly.

SCP 4508: In a nutshell he only wants to show others all the bad man does in history and thinks of everyone as a parasite
Interviewer: is 087 infinite?
SCP 4508: every time anyone encounters 087-1 and <redacted> 087 will add landings. If you jumped through it it would be like a wormhole through the earth with <redacted> landings… you know what it is!? a trap for explorers!!!

4508 collapses of exhaustion and does not wake up for 12 hours. though the interview was a success only people with a level 4 clearance or higher can talk about SCP's with 4508.

2 weeks after the events of the Interview SCP 1424 got moved to site 19 and has showed greater signs of life when around SCP 4508. A DNA test will come into action to see how closely SCP 4508 and SCP 1424 actually are.
