SCP-XXXX is the collective designation for a group of reality benders which use their anomalous abilities solely to perform for audiences, under the guise of stage magicians.

The factor which holds SCP-XXXX together is designated as SCP-XXXX-A. The exact workings of SCP-XXXX-A are crrently unknown, as members of SCP-XXXX have shown extreme reluctance to "reveal their tricks," likely one of SCP-XXXX-A's side effects. The most agreed-upon current theory, however, that SCP-XXXX-A is an anti-memetic thought process or revelation. Its effects on the infected are less agreed upon, but are presumed to include some, or all, of the following:

• A great aversion to sharing SCP-XXXX-A with others,
• Either a compulsion to have a five-pointed star tattooed on the infected's right palm, or such a tattoo anomalously manifesting,
• Extreme insecurity and/or shame regarding the aforementioned tattoo,
• Intense loneliness alleviated by close company with other individuals infected with SCP-XXXX-A, and possibly,
• Manifestation of the anomalous abilities exhibited by other members of SCP-XXXX.
