Dr. Samuel Collins Turned Into Box of Chocolates
March 18, 2020: Dr. Samuel Collins was transformed into a box of Reese's chocolates at Site-22 by an unknown person. Witnesses say that the person approached Dr. Collins and gained his attention via a simple touch, and then proceeded to pull out an unknown piece of machinery. Witnesses are being administered Class-A amnestics. Security footage is being reviewed by Researcher James Hallbone, who is well known for aiding Dr. Collins in discovering SCP-179 and making breakthrough discoveries on SCP-████, SCP-███ and SCP-████. As of now, O5-██ has released an official statement:
"The O5 Council is taking this matter very seriously, and will appropriately punish whoever did this to Dr. Collins, but as of now we have enabled SCP-████ and transformed him back to human form."
Dr. Collins commented on the matter, saying:
"I swear, if this is Jocko getting back at me for putting Silly Putty in his desk, I'm going to be mad."
An update will be released after the matter is settled. For now, the incident has been labeled Incident-25V

Jocko Wavoki Found Responsible for Incident-25V
March 20, 2020: Investigation into Incident-25V has concluded, and security footage has shown that Senior Researcher Jocko Wavoki is the culprit. Shortly after the results came in to Foundation News Network, Researcher Wavoki admitted to using SCP-████ to commit the act. He will be demoted to D-Class for 7 days, have his position moved to Site-█ and have his Level 4 clearance revoked as punishment. O5-██ has released an official statement regarding the matter:
"The O5 Council is highly disappointed that Mr. Wavoki would enable an SCP to cause harm to a co-worker. We hope that this sets an example and encourages everybody to responsibly use SCPs."
Jocko Wavoki has released a statement, saying:
"I apologize to Dr. Collins for my actions, and swear to never commit an act of this magnitude again."
Dr. Collins told our reporter, Dr. Clarence Denis:
"I'm not surprised a single bit."
As of now, Researcher Wavoki's motives remain unclear.

Life After Punishment: Jocko Wavoki Released as D-Class, Demoted to Level 2 Clearance.
March 27, 2020: Disgraced Senior Researcher Jocko Wavoki has been released from D-Class duties. He will be stationed at Site-█, and demoted to Level 2 Clearance. He was formerly Level 4 Clearance, and highly respected as a beyond-exceptional researcher before Incident-25V, when he was found responsible for turning Dr. Samuel Collins into a box of Reese's chocolates.
