Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4371 is guarded by two agents of security clearance level 3 at all times. SCP-4371 must not be removed from the original security room.
Access to use SCP-4371 is permitted to personel of security clearance level 1 or higher.
Description: SCP-4371 is a new hard bound diary. It differs from other diaries by the inscription on the last page. There is „TSBVSV“ engraved. As soon as someone opens SCP-4371, he or she will see on each side one week of his life, in which he has all the essential things he forgot at that time.
After several hours of reading SCP-4371, the reader becomes aggressive. Probably because he remembers things from his past that he sometimes forgot. Then it gets the name SCP-4371-2. The effects on SCP-4371-2 are stress, nervousness, explosiveness and adrenaline. Working with SCP-4371 for less than one hour on test subjects did not leave any symptoms.
The pages in SCP-4371 are written in such a form that the week the person is living right now is on the first page. The last few pages are empty.
Following the incident 4371-01 and the event log 4371-02, it was ordered that SCP-4371 must be constantly guarded by two agents with level 3 security clearance.
Reading SCP-4371 for more than 60 minutes is strictly prohibited to prevent any incidents.
Document SCP-4371a (regarding incident 4371-01): D-Class was issued to test the long-term effect of SCP-4371 on humans. D-Class was ordered to read the entire diary. After 2 hours and 1 minute, D-Class began to show signs of stress. After 3 hours and 19 minutes, the D-Class became aggressive and the D-Class was named SCP-4371-2. SCP-4371-2 began to run around the room and ruin everything around him screaming that his life was meaningless when he forgot all that. The staff tried to calm down SCP-4371-2. Without success. Two agents entered the test room. SCP-4371-2 attacked one of the agents. SCP-4371-2 was designated for termination.
Event log 4371-02: Doctor █████ took SCP-4371 to his office. After four hours he rushed out of the office and yelled "I knew it!" The MTF units have suppressed and secured the SCP-4371-2 and is currently classed E-███. We are waiting for a report on his mental health, which will determine whether the doctor will continue to work with us or be released.

Addendum: SCP-4371 was found in a notebook and diary factory during a routine inspection by an employee of Samuel ██████, who alerted the supervisor to the special activity. This diary was secured and stored on ██.06.2019 and marked as SCP-4371.
