SCP-XXXX prior to its death and subsequent decapitation
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently contained with the support of multiple GoIs which are allied or have neutral relationships with the Foundation, the following being: Marshall, Carter & Dark Ltd., the Global Occult Coalition, and the Unusual Incidents Unit. Each Group of Interest, as well as the Foundation, must exchange the possession of SCP-XXXX every six months to avoid any anomalous abilities from the entity.
When in Foundation custody, SCP-XXXX must be contained inside a glass case to avoid any injuries to SCP-XXXX and locked down inside a containment locker. Mobile Task Force Beta-23 ("Northern Centaurs") is tasked with the transportation of SCP-XXXX between GoIs, and if the occasion allows it, defend it against any attacks from opposing individuals or GoIs. SCP-XXXX is currently contained at Site-17. It's allowed weekly psychological assistance specifically with on-site psychologist Dr. Maxwell Cunningham.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the decapitated head of Doroteo Arango1, that despite its current state possesses sapience. SCP-XXXX doesn't require any basic human necessities to survive. SCP-XXXX's anomalous abilities allows it to develop a series of events with negative consequences to the owner of SCP-XXXX. After some time, this will result in the death of the owner of SCP-XXXX. The effects performed by SCP-XXXX are involuntary. The events carried by the anomaly will depend on the context of the owner, and it can happen to multiple people at once, including organizations.
SCP-XXXX was discovered on 05/20/81 at a Marshall, Carter & Dark Ltd. storage facility on the outsides of the city of New York. Mobile Task Force Mu-3 ("Highest Bidders") had several undercover operatives surveilling the facility before the start of the raid. Nine anomalous objects were recovered, as well as SCP-XXXX. The object's reaction was hostile and confused, but due to its state containment proved to be efficient. SCP-XXXX's containment was successfully accomplished on 05/30/81 at Site-88. SCP-XXXX's project was placed under the guide of Dr. William Kent.
