Four, unless you can give me a valid reason to assist you in finding this man, I won't be able to agree to your request. I am completely aware that this man did pose a possibly serious threat to the foundation, given his use of loud and radical methods to publicly harass the foundation while severely damaging our assets, but I cannot see how you could possibly need me to confirm that he died attacking Site-██. This matter might have warranted the inclusion of the national government, but now it has devolved into a conspiracy on whether or not this man is alive.

Please try to understand, A, that this man had, in two months, managed to transform from an injured D-Class with a minor criminal record into an extremely well-coordinated commander of over seventy men with military records. There is a discrepancy that I need to try and sort out, and the only explanation I can think of is that he got support from another third party, who might try and send more guys like Coxey at us. If there is a chance that my theory is correct, then you and I both know we need to find them. This has little to nothing to do on whether or not he is actually still alive, but if we can manage to find who he might have worked for, we will almost definitely find him too, if he is alive.

We can't isolate ourselves or what we're doing from the public entirely A. The public already knows about the attacks on two of our sites, but that's it. People hate not knowing the full truth, even if they don't need to know it all. Nothing big, just along the lines of a nationwide manhunt for Coxey then we kill two birds with one stone. If we have an entire country doing our job for us, we can rescind Delta-5 and Iota-10 and have them work on more important matters. If we can't shift the weight of this situation soon, something's gonna give.
