Special Containment Procedures: SCP-???? is to be contained in a 4km2 enclosure at Site-104. An electrified reinforced concrete wall 20m in height sits on the perimeter surrounding its enclosure, with observation posts placed every 100m along the top of the wall. Each post is to be occupied by guards equipped with thermal night vision goggles and tranquilizer rifles from sundown to sunrise at all times, rotated out every twelve (12) hours. In the event of a power outage, backup generators are set to activate should the electrified fencing on the wall lose power. Full external and internal inspections of the perimeter wall's integrity and electrical components are to be carried out monthly.
SCP-????'s enclosure should be designed to resemble a subtropical marsh, with mostly flat, partially-flooded terrain inhabited by floral and fungal life native to the environment in which it was found. No animals are to be introduced into the enclosure. Trees should be planted at least 10m apart from each other to allow SCP-???? ample space to move around its enclosure. SCP-???? does not appear to require sustenance, however feeding it induces its anomalous effects. Any and all feeding of SCP-???? must receive O5 approval beforehand.
In the event that SCP-???? approaches the perimeter of the enclosure, guards at the nearest observation post are to shine floodlights on SCP-???? until it retreats far enough back into its enclosure so that it is no longer visible. Should SCP-???? ever attempt to breach containment, either by trying to jump over the wall or ramming the wall directly, all guards on duty within range are to play a recording of any song performed by Micheal Jackson over the loudspeakers installed in each observation post until SCP-???? is fully distracted, after which, floodlights are to be used as previously described. If the aforementioned procedures fail to distract SCP-???? from attempting to breach containment, it is to be tranquilized and relocated to the center of its enclosure via skycrane helicopter.
