5 breaches in a week, over 30 foundation staff were killed. One mistake in the anaesthetic and the entire facility could be consumed by some hell ridden squid tentacle, or a giant floating eyeball that shoots rockets from it's pupil. This thing needs to be lobotomised, killed, or shoved in an acid vat like 682.
Containment Procedures: SCP-6055 is to be locked inside of a 10 meter x 10 meter x 10 meter padded cell. The padding of the cell is to be replaced with extra cotton fortnightly, to avoid unforeseen injury due to loss of padding. SCP-6055 is to be given Bupivacaine every 1-4 hours. SCP-6055 must maintain a constant drugged state. If any scientist needs/wants to perform a test on SCP-6055, subject must be approved by 05 and supervised by a level 4+ access scientist. SCP-6055 is currently located in Site-██, due to it's general isolated location.
Description: SCP-6055 is a Caucasian white male, approximating at 1.63 meters tall, and weighing at 73.3 kilograms. SCP-6055 has a constant shift in hair shape, hair colour and eye colour, no other observed abnormal physical changes/abnormalities have been reported.
SCP-6055 major anomalous power is the ability to create cross-dimensional rifts in space-time, the outer rim of the rift consists of an unknown element, which is usually in liquid state. Multiple samples are kept in a storage container located in Site-██.
SCP-6055 was found in The capital of India, New Delhi as a street performer. The foundation was alerted to its presence when an anonymous caller, who reported SCP-6055 activated a fragmentation grenade and throwing into a portal. SCP-6055 was then detained and held in holding for 2 days, it is unknown why SCP-6055 willingly let himself be detained and placed into holding.

Test 1-A:
A grenade was placed into SCP-6055's cell. The grenade was activated by two Class-D, D-43123 and D-82048. Before the two Class-D had the opportunity to leave the room, SCP-6055 creates a portal at the top of the room. Approximately 3 gallons of water fell into the room before a purple tentacle came from the top of the room, the weight of the tentacle was not recorded as the water disabled the security cameras inside. The 3 attending scientists reported that D-43123 had been taken by the tentacle back up into portal, which was soon after closed. D-82048 was then seen cowering in the corner of the room.
After these events took place, Doctor ████ requested for SCP-6055 to be forced to take anaesthetic. This request was accepted by 05-██.
