Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4029 is to be contained on a blue windowless room, with only a steel blue door on the east wall. A 7ft gape must be maintain between every wall and the SCP at all times. Entrance is permitted only if the color blue is being used of every visible part of your body and clothes. All that can be taken inside must be blue and never should you once mention the word "blue" once in any circunstancies when in direct contact with the SCP-4029. An intercom should be keep at all times as it likes to chat often. In case of breach, it can only be recontained using non-blue objects inside it's room, as it will teleport to them to repaint them blue.

Description:SCP-4029 is a blue ballon with a paint brush stamped on it with it's truesize being unknown as it changes according to the amount of blue seen in the sky that day. It was found on a children's playground in ███████. It moves randomly, almost at te gust on a wind, though it does not appear as soo do to movement while in a air tight room. No know interactions are recorded except with the mention of "blue" either in word form or color. Color wise it reacts by painting it blue, though the mention of the word makes the SCP-4029 "pop"(the person experiences dream like status where this happens), killing the person that said "blue". Further investigation revealed that it has a dream of colouring the word blue and furthermore it attributes the sky and ocean being blue to himself.No photographs or recording can be taken as it simply turns of as an all blue image/recording. Previous attempts at drawing the SCP-4029 proved unsuccessful as it does not allow a depiction of it's features, killing the artist as soon as the first stroke of the painting is done.
