what is the concept?	Passive aggressive Jehovahs witness birds. Except, different birds preach different religions
what is the anomaly?	sapeint birds that want to spread the word of our lord and savior, or some sort of crow cult
is it dangerous? If so, how?	Not particularly dangerous, just persistant
what is the story?	So I'll put the containment procedures and the description. This would have a chart showing which birds "follow" different religions. Then I would have an incident log about people getting harassed by birds on the Matthews greenway. That log would tell the story of a small war going on between religious birds. In particular, between evangelical Carolina wrens and crows in cults, with most other religions taking sides.
