Description:SCP-3175 is recorded to be the first SCP who was voluntarily apprehended. His capture dates back to 1134, in Mongolia. He says he surrendered to a very civilized, humane being by the name of Dr. Anthony Killings to be studied for a short period of time. He was originally thought by Dr. Killings to be nothing more than a genetically mutated snow leopard. However, as time went on, the longer SCP-3175 spent in captivity, the more powerful he became. It stated with simply breathing fire, which started shortly after he opened up to Dr. Killings. Not much is known about the extent of his power, only that it grows whenever he is in captivity. Dr. Killings first started recording SCP-3175's behavior when he appeared to communicate telepathically with the Doctor. Shortly afterwards he began learning the native language of Dr. Killings. Other abilities such as telekinesis, the ability to sway emotions, hypnosis, and other supernatural physical and mental abilities have been observed by in the foundation. Most of Dr. Killings observations were lost in incident 924. Following incident 924, SCP-3175 fleed back into the wilderness of Mongolia, where it remained for several thousand years, until the SCP foundation got word of a "white beast" who terrorized with fire, ice, and lightning. They found it and were able to successfully neutralize it while in sleep using a combination of the strongest sedative known to man, and a trace of the Black Plague.
Special containment procedure: Following capture, the sedative- Black Plague mix proved to be ineffective to SCP-3175. It seemed to have grown an immunity to both the sedative and the Black Plague, both as individuals, and as a unit. In addition, since recapture SCP-3175 has grown fluent in English, as well as French. It seems like new abilities only appear when SCP-3175 is in captivity. The containment infrastructure of SCP-3175 is covered in 4 layers of pure diamond nano threads and is 10x10m, with a single small window made of copper wire and plexiglass. SCP-3175 has never attempted to breach his containment cell, but it has been recommended by multiple D-class doctors that SCP-3175 is transported to site 670, and old military research base in Mongolia. SCP-3175 does not care for the other SCPs. Particularly the ones who get more recognition, so SCP-3175's cell is branched off and away from most other SCP's.
There's been talk of a possible termination procedure for SCP-682 involving SCP-3175, however, there is a risk of having an end of the world conflict scenario, should this procedure go awry.

Termination of SCP-3175 is recommended, as the extent of its abilities is unknown, and the effectiveness of SCP-3175's cell is uncertain.
